I don’t personally like this Chikfila, it lacks ethical and moral to some employees. I prefer the other location by Woodridge and 45 fwy. The other location provides better services to customers.

Ordered two salads, one grilled cob and one grilled market salad. Cob salad greens looked to be old not fresh.
Market salad was not market salad was regular cob salad also greens not fresh and was given wrong dressing.

Everytime we order ice cream cones or milkshakes on curbside our order is just forgotten completely. We were waiting over 20 minutes for two milkshakes as we saw other people get their orders before us and they had come after us. This occurred before when we ordered two ice cream cones. My boyfriend went inside to tell the employees about it and as he tried to explain to one of the employees they just disregarded him and cut him off saying to have a good day. There has to be a better system in place so that this doesn’t keep occurring.
I ordered a muffin and “slow motion staff” made the biscuit. Good job 🤣

If you value quick service, this isn’t the place. Ordering online didn’t help at all. The woman at the window seemed confused, even calling out someone else’s order. They also don’t have QR codes for faster service — definitely not a smooth experience.

Worst chic-fil-a I’ve ever been to. Drive thru took forever and there were only a total of 2
Other cars (one in each lane) ahead of me. Food order came out wrong, unfortunately did not check before we left since all other chic-fil-as are usually spot on.
They really got it wrong with this owner/operator.

Worst chick-fil-a!!! What’s the point of having two lanes if the second lane is always close ??? This ppl walk slower than turtles, they take forever to get your order & give you the food. They always get everything wrong …

There’s this one blonde girl she so freaking rude and has an attitude just because I asked for sauce she grabbed it and threw it even one of the sauces fell I hate rude workers like her she shouldn’t be at the window they should have someone with no attitude at the window or if she doesn’t want to be there then just leave and quit 🙄

We ordered two number deluxe combos dine in the waffle fries were cold, the chicken was burnt. An employee kept sweeping around in our area stirring up the dirt which I happen to have bad allergies.we also had two number 1 combos to go and a ice cream 🍨 in a cup. I don't know what it was that made me and my nephew sick we both got diarrhea after we ate. He didn't feel good after that so he went to sleep with a bad stomach ache.
