They are absolutely wonderful. They informed me that the food was hot, which is a given. But it was actually super fresh, and stayed piping hot all the way to the house. The bags were too hot to rest on my lap. Fresh food, fresh service. Thank you.

I always enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A. The staff is quick and friendly, and you really can’t go wrong—it’s Chick-fil-A, so of course, the food is delicious!

Lacks attention to detail. There has never been a time that I haven’t had to wait longer at the drive-thru because something was left out of my bag and/or gone inside to retrieve the missing things—or worse, gotten home and something was missing. I can’t say it’s because they are trying to beat records, either because they don’t move very quickly. I pay extra for cookie for my parfait and never get it and then I am told it’s $0.40 extra every time I get to the window. I don’t think these CFA employees look at their screen. I have gone home with salad dressing/toppings missing, a knife and no fork, no sauces, etc. It’s pretty frustrating.

The staff Jazmin, Gabby, Arturo, and the ENTIRE evening crew are awesome. I go every day to pick up a salad. So they know me by name. And know my order when they see me pull up. It's so cute, and they make me feel so special. They all go, "Hey Ms. Faith!"... Some of them I know from the other store at Meyerland. Great group of young people. Professional. Excellent customer service!

I visited this chick fil a today and i got a large coke and a sandwich. I finished my sandwich and was 2/3 done with my drink before i realized that there was a hair on the lid, inside of it. I told a team member and all she did was walk up to a manager and tell them about it. Then, proceeded to replace my drink without saying anything except for “Sorry” when she handed it over to me.

If they at least acted like they cared about the fact that i found a HAIR in my food, I would not have felt this bothered. Wear hairnets, it’s disgusting.

It is painfully obvious that this particular chick fil a does not at all care about customer service. When I placed my order with the cashier, she looked down the entire time she took my order and did not even look at me.

It’s kind of crazy to think about how Chick Fil A used to be known for their customer service.

I went there with my family they wanted for sure chicken nuggets hamburgers which was good but I only wanted an ice coffee it was displayed on the screen but I was disappointed they didn’t offer any kind of coffee then all the tables we tried to seat they were all dirty with cramps and trash

Tameika, who works the morning shift, is a phenomenal employee; efficient as a machine and polite like a person should be. This is extremely influential when it comes to the success of an establishment, and she knocks it out of the park. The delicious food does the rest. Great location.

Bad experience, poor service, and poor quality.

There was a guy handing out orders who didn’t appear to be very sanitary. It also seems as if this specific Team Member isn’t currently well, as he went near a corner to sneeze.

I hope that he feels better soon, but this is a concern for food handling and food safety.

At this time, I asked for my shakes to be remade as he was the one handling them.

The Manager told him, to tell us to go park at no specified location and wait about “2 minutes” for them to be made.

We parked in front of the main entrance, and waited for nearly 10 minutes.

I decided to go back around to the Drive-thru and was met with some weird energy from the employee in Lane 1 taking orders.

As I proceeded to the Drive-thru window, we were greeted by an employee running from behind a podium with a walkie talkie who greeted me by saying, “they told me you were riding around, is there some kind of a problem”.

I said yes, “we still have not been given our shakes”. He then told me to pull-up.

Once we reached the Drive-thru window, an employee comes out and asked basically what did I need. I told him that our shakes were never brought out to us.

He then stated, “oh, they must have gave them to someone else, sorry”, “We’ll have them right out”!

Then he brought out what appears to be the old shakes that were made the first time, smh. Operating in dishonesty!

Additionally, the chicken wasn’t seasoned and tasted nothing like other Chick Fil A locations.

Milkshakes were/are runny and just a very poor experience here at this Chick Fil A location.

Please do better South Post Oak Chick Fil A!

Me and my family bought lunch from this location today. We all got food poisoning, very disappointed with this chick fil a location. We have been throwing up all day and are very ill. The food was very gross, I believe the chicken was under cooked causing us all to get really sick.

It’s been a few times that I order a chicken sandwich that I can finish eating because it tastes awful I don’t know if the chicken is expired but it tastes so bad

My experience was outstanding. The staff was extremely courteous and the chicken sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. Definitely recommend choosing this location!!

Service is great. Food is horrific. Chicken bites tiny and dry (and little expensive portion), chicken sandwich dry and overcooked, fries undercooked. The chicken soup was ok. What ppl find in this place is a real mystery other than the pleasure to self suffer.
