I am sharing my experience in hopes that it helps improve the level of service. During my visit, a cashier accidentally spilled lemonade on me and then walked away laughing. I understand that mistakes happen, but the reaction caught me off guard and felt inappropriate.
When I spoke with the GM, the situation was described as an honest mistake. I agree that the spill itself was not intentional, but the follow-up and concern for how it was handled could have been stronger. Leadership sets the example for how guests are treated, and it is important that moments like this are addressed so the team understands expectations.
I am providing this feedback so the owner or operating partner is aware. This location has been part of my regular routine, and I hope this helps strengthen the focus on guest care and coaching. With a little more attention to training and accountability, the team can continue to provide the level of service Chick Fila is known for.

I'm a TSU parent, and I'm giving a Big Thank you and kudos to Employee Mr. David Green. He was professional and courteous . He goes the extra mile and demonstrates a servant leader. Great Job. I was was very pleased with my order and thrilled to have this positive experience at the TSU Campus Chick-fil-A.

I had a surprising experience at this chick fil a. I ordered a fruit cup and a yogurt parfait. Both showed on the menu as $3.something. The lady rings me up and tells me the total is $13.something. I thought there was a misunderstanding as to what I ordered, but nope. She said the prices shown aren’t the real prices and each item was a few dollars more than what was shown!! I was too surprised. I only kept the fruit cup because I was ordering it for someone else. Came to over $6.
