I want to take a moment to recognize Charlotte, the manager at this Chick-fil-A, for providing the best customer experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
When I called in a large order to feed over 60 people, Charlotte went above and beyond from start to finish. She was cheerful, professional, and incredibly detailed walking me through recommendations to make sure our group had the best possible experience. Her organization and care made what could have been a stressful task completely seamless.
When I arrived, the entire team greeted me as if I were family! A true reflection of Charlotte’s leadership. It’s clear that she leads by example, creating a culture of kindness, teamwork, and excellence that radiates throughout her staff.
I tried to complete the guest survey to share my gratitude, but unfortunately, the time window had expired.

This is a very slow chick fil a. It’s right off the high way and near a hospital. What I dislike about the service is that the mobile order is suppose to be speedy, yet I find myself sitting in the mobile thru order line because orders are not given in the correct order. The service is not speedy at all.

The professionalism is an extreme no. The morning shift definitely doesn’t have a pleasurable attitude. You won’t be seeing me at this location. I’m apologetic to those who visit here and ending up having a bad day or terrible energy in the taste of their food.

I went through the drive through a few weeks ago and my order was completely messed up, I called and the worker said I would see money in my app in a few hours. I forgot and just remembered and noticed that no money ever came into my account. Also, every time recently my food has been soggy and feels wet. It used to be crispy every time but recently is has been terrible.
Going thru drive thru this morning the middle lane manager that was working was very rude. Shocking coming from chik Fila.
