I had the 1/2 chicken platter and churrasco burger. I was very displeased on when I got my burger it was undercooked and closer to raw. If it was pointed out somewhere in the menu it’ll be like this I wouldn’t have an issue but it wasn’t.

We bought 2 chickens with 4 size’s “ the holiday special “ to go .. when we got home both of the chickens were raw inside we called in and they just said the they will talked to the manager and the chef and they hang up !

With all the regret I must give this bad review since for health reasons I do not give raw chicken to my children and family. Please be careful with that, now I have to put everything in the oven since I have a big family that came very hungry to eat and there was no way I could lose it! It doesn't seem fair to me to pay almost 70 dollars for two chickens and get this. I called and expected better service but they only said that it was something that could happen due to the size of the chickens, so this does not make logical sense that you pay for a service and you have to finish cooking it because it is not suitable for consumption.

Tonight I received terrible customer service. I called to place an order for pick up as I usually do. I asked the guy who answered the call to remind me of the sides that were available and his answer was…..we are too busy for me to go over the sides. Please go online and the sides will be there. I responded…I called because I wanted to place my order over the phone and I am driving. So I asked again…are you’re too busy and he responded said yes. So I didn’t place my order and took my business elsewhere. I guess being that busy is worth losing a long time customer.
