Chick Houzz is not fancy but the food is that of fancy. Peruvian food is delicious if I could afford to fly to Peru just to eat I would, but finding Chick Houzz is the closest to the food in Peru that I have found in Houston. It is not exact but it is a great taste of Peruvian food. The black beans are AMAZING, the Lomo Saltado not exact but pretty tasty. Yucca fries delicious not greasy. The chicken is not exact but also tasty and their sauces are scrumptious. It is a real treat to eat at Chick Houzz.

First off my husband and I really wanted to try this place until we went in there to order our food. I simply just eat chicken thighs or chicken breast and I even offered to pay an upgrade fee, but the guy refused to work with me even after I moved from the lunch special to a half of a chicken and I still couldn’t just get a breast and a thigh or two thighs he kept telling me that was impossible And I had to get legs and thighs . Pretty unfortunate because we were trying it out to cater a party of 12 this weekend. This is bad business to not work with the customer. I’ll take El Pollo Loco over this place any day.

We tried the three salsas, spicy, mild and the yellow one, we liked them and you can serve them yourself ? Clean restaurant and friendly customer service. You should try the hibiscus-ginger-lemonade

Before going, felt it was a bit on the pricey side, but the portions made it worth the money... Chicken was tender with a crunchy skin exterior. Best plantains I've had in a while...green beans were tasty, and side salad was a healthy portion.

This place is so delicious! My husband and I eat here all the time and yesterday we got it catered for a party. I spoke with Santiago on the phone and he was so wonderful. He helped me get my order all set and had it delivered the following day. Everyone at my party loved it and it was just as good and we had it fresh at the restaurant. Already, want it again!

The chicken is spectacular, very well seasoned, very well cooked, the sauces are very delicious. I ordered fried yuca and it was incredibly good… fresh, crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside.
The coleslaw is terrible, they were too lazy to chop the cabbage well, the amount of sauce is excessive, so much that it bothers the palate and becomes disgusting very quickly.
Hadn't tried Peruvian food before, but this place exceeded expectations! The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the beans and rice were so flavorful! Definitely recommend it if you're looking to try something new and don't want to be disappointed!
Best chicken around. Healthy (and less healthy) dishes with simple ingredients.

The chicken was moist and savory. The drink was so tasty, and the meat burger was on point and filling. Clean facility: The server was pleasant and offered add-ons without upselling. I've been back several times since my first visit, and everything was consistent with what was mentioned.
