Stopped here for dinner. After picking my little one up from daycare. I would have given fives across the board but I felt like the chicken was old but it was still tasty so I didn't bother to say anything. We ate everything. My daughter ate three legs which was a lot for a little person. She was hungry. The tea was sweet as always. Corn nuggets were good. She had macaroni and she ate it as well.
This place RULZ!!!!! You need to come to Pasadena shut down all the KFC's and turn them into Chicken Express .

Chicken tenders and fried okra were fresh and delicious. The gravy is always good too but the mashed potatoes are never hot...put up in containers early to save time later. Otherwise, would give 5 stars. Shout out to Miss T...way above average worker in today's mediocre fast food world...great attitude and made sure my order was done right. Thanks Miss T!!!

I got a three pace chicken dark the chicken was cold dry my first time trying this place and last wast my money
They are always out of something on the menu. They never have mac and cheese, they should just take it off the menu at this point. I’ve been here twice before, and i usually get fried chicken legs. Today they said they were out of legs, so i ordered 3 wings for $8.99. Wings were drenched in bad oil and there was a puddle of brown grease at the bottom of the box. Definitely not worth the price

Food is good but the customer service is lacking terribly. I know one thing I will not be eating at a restaurant where the staff at the drive-through window is rude. I simply asked the question about the specials, and was verbally attacked by an employee at the drive-through window, never again.

I was warning chicken livers. This is the only place that had them and all of Houston that I could find even though some of the other restaurants say they had them when I called. They said they did not so I went to chicken express make sure you get the sweet tea when you go there.

Girl preparing the food and the on taking orders at lunch on 6/21 must be absolutely miserable. Who manages these people? Customer service/hospitality is non existent. Said thank you when food was handed to me and the lady rolls her eyes and walks away. Trash. Food was about middle of the lane when it comes to fast food chicken. One and done for me.
