The Chicken Heaven

First time visiting. I really enjoyed the overall experience as well as the food. I’m always a little reserved when eating somewhere new, so I ordered fried chicken that came with 2 sides (Mac & cheese). Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. I ended up ordering a seafood platter to go. The owners were very nice and attentive to us. Definitely coming back and recommending. Found this place on Upside app.

I had a wonderful experience at Chicken Heaven. First off it’s very clean inside. The food was superb and delicious. The Mac n cheese was pounded with flavor. I enjoyed the fast, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back to try other items on the menu!!

Last night I went to Chicken Heaven and OMG it was super delicious! The wings was tinder and juicy. My porkchop was on point. Some porkchops you cannot cut with a cheap knife but this one yes! I poured my rice in the bottom and put my porkchops on top to give it that rice and gravy taste. Also not to mention normally when you go to a food place late the food is disgusting because it's the leftovers. I did not get that taste and I'm a big foodie!

Came across this place,and was really impressed with everything. From the moment me and my cousin walked in. We were greeted warmly by the kinda Latina sister working. I ordered the fried shrimp, they were clean, and extremely fresh. I would absolutely recommend this place. I'll be back to try everything else too?

The sides are so good I can’t even make it to the main ??! The workers were kind and generous ☺️❤️ (Also them fries are as good as Frenchys! My twin and Bnl was in town for the weekend, so of course we try Chicken Heaven and I try the Chicken sandwich! Man if you're looking for the best handmade chicken sandwich that's worth every bit of the $$ go to Chicken Heaven please!!! Da Best I've ever had!!!!

I absolutely love this place. The food was amazing and the customer service was even better. I had the shrimp and grits, Mac n cheese, and j*** street corn and it didn’t disappoint. My sister had the fried okra, wings, and sweet candy yams!!! Of course I had to try her food also and it was bomb!!!!! We will definitely be going back. It being a black owned establishment is a plus!

First time trying this place and it is a gem! I had the oxtails plate and it was amazing! The owner is really friendly and very welcoming. He even gave me a “peace” offering! I will definitely be back soon to try more menu items.

DELICIOUS!! Everything is always so fresh and yummy. It honestly should just be called, "Heaven," because they have way more than chicken! I tried to the oxtails today, and it was pure delight. I can't stay away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Literally just finished eating and I'm reviewing before I forget. That chicken is so good and fresh. Not super spicy, but very well seasoned and so juicy. The collard greens are amazing, and the fried okra is literally the best I ever had. If you're tired of chicken joints where your bird has been sitting under a tanning booth for who knows how long, come here. If you're tired of chicken joints where the closest thing to a vegetable is mayo smothered cabbage or reconstituted flakes that may or may not have been a potato at one point, come here. I will definitely be back. Support your community by supporting local businesses. Also the owner was hella friendly too.

Damn was the food good! I got the lemon pepper wings and they are definitely up there with wingstop. Plus the mac n cheese was delicious as well which can be hard to findReally just so much on the menu sounds and looks delicious so it's a nice spot to add to the North side, will definitely be back!

I couldn’t wait to leave a review! Whoa !! Everything I ordered was on point!!! The atmosphere immediately walking in was inviting, the greens are spectacular!! I will definitely make this my go to soul food spot… and the signature sauce on the chicken sandwich … immaculate!!! You won’t be disappointed at this restaurant!

I have ordered from this restaurant several times and I have never once been disappointed. I’ve eaten my way through about half the menu oxtails, pork chops, chickens wings etc. The greens and macaroni, along with everything else, taste like my granny made them. When I want to eat like I’m home (I’m from New Orleans) this is my go to spot! I know good food and this place is second to none on taste, quality, and portion!! Do yourself a favor and order everything!!

I just have to give a raving review of this restaurant! The Chicken Heaven was amazing. Me and 3 other people went to try it and it truly exceeded our expectations. The guy who took our orders and tended to us was the epitome of awesome customer service. He took his time with us, was funny, and was patient!And the food was AMAZING. I will be honest, I'm usually not a fan of fried chicken, but this chicken was incredible. Hot, juicy, and flavored throughout the meat. Every single thing I had, from the sides, to the waffles and French toast was truly delicious. So happy I found this place and I really recommend that you all give it a try. 10 stars!!!!!!!!
