I went in this morning to pick up an order, and the experience was disappointing. None of the employees greeted me or acknowledged me when I walked in. When I told the first cashier I was picking up an order, she just pointed to the other register without saying anything. At the second register, no one spoke to me either—I had to say my name to receive my order, and it was just handed to me with no “thank you” or “have a nice day.” I ended up being the one to say, “Have a great day, thank you,” to the employees. Very poor customer service—I wouldn’t return.

First time here and not impressed. A friend invited me and I was disappointed. The chicken sandwich barely had any chicken salad in it and the pickle looked all dried out it was HORRIBLE!! The only good thing was the salad tasty. The portions are weak and presentation was not good. Do better chicken salad chick

I love chicken salad so was excited to try this. I did not like any of their chicken salad. Tried 5 different flavors. I found it to be either tasteless and mushy or way too strong, too salty and mushy.

I was hesitant to go there as I'm pescetarian. But I was hungry and in the area. I was surprised to find an egg salad sandwich which I ordered. It came with a delicious broccoli salad, a wrapped cookie and a pickle. They could give the egg salad more flavoring. But the filling was abundant. Employees were amiable.
This was my first time trying this place. It was really good! The grape salad is amazing. Staff super friendly.

I enjoy lunching at this establishment as it is convenient, clean, pleasing atmosphere and polite staff.
Chicken salad is good and somewhat similar to what I prepare a home.
Today’s sandwich with white bread - hard crust - I cut it away so I could enjoy the sandwich.
The grape salad was covered in brown or raw sugar. ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY! I scrapped away what I could and ate about half the grapes. Grapes are naturally sweet and don’t need the added load of sugar on top. The chopped nuts are a plus.
In this age when many are searching for healthy food options, I believe CSC can improve.
