Tried to call and was picked up and hung up on 3 times. Due to I dislike the Buffalo.
Ranch dressing and the picks on Uber app don't have regular ranch dressing as an option.

Do not go here unless you would like to be overcharged, treated like garbage, charged for food that you didn’t order, and also want to mention the food has just gone downhill.
This particular location was such a letdown on my son‘s ninth birthday. They brought us things that we didn’t order and charged us for it, and they charged us to play with the little game tablet on the table, even though there was no sign on the table saying we would have to pay. The waitress was one of the most unhappy people in that restaurant, And the food was garbage compared to what Chili’s used to be.
My family and I are not the type to make a fuss because at the end of the day those waitresses are not making much and I understand that and it’s just not that serious. The only reason I’m making this review is so that someone else like myself will possibly read this and instead of spending the little money that you do have at Chili’s, this will make you go somewhere else.
We do not have a lot of money, so this was supposed to be our “nice” Family dinner type experience as Chillis once used to be. Needless to say I’ll never go here again and I suggest you take your money elsewhere because it’s just not worth it anymore.

Came around 3:30pm on a sunday, sat at the bar and was served by Sarah. Watched her SLAY not only the bar, but her tables and drink tickets! As a bartender, it’s amazing to watch others excel and kill the game!! Thank you Sarah!!

Literally have never been to Chili’s before and the staff was so nice I can’t even…I’m so confused how a place can be so cheap but good and fun. Thanks to all the staff here for being amazing! Especially Jaylen and Andre behind the bar!!

A small group of 4 of us went the last hour they were open. Service was not good. The chicken on the fajitas was white, no color at all. We tried to get refill on our tea and water and they had poured out tea so they could be cleaned. Not sure about the water we were given bottled water instead. Not a place I would go to again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! THE FOOD & HEALTH ADMINISTRATION NEED TO COME CHECK THIS PLACE OUT ASAP!!!
I usually don’t post reviews but I just can’t let this go. I went into this location off Taylor for dinner tonight. I sat alone at the bar. The bartender had a great personality. Ordered the triple threat: Southwest eggrolls, burger bites, and Texas cheese fries.
1. My eggrolls were so doughy and chewy no crisp to them what so ever.
2. One of my burgers came with no meat on the bun. Just cheese and some foreign looking item. (The manager went to the cook to replace) Meanwhile, I took a bite of the second burger and it was completely pink on the inside.
I showed the bartender and he identified that the meat was not cooked. He asked if I wanted another replacement and I immediately declined. I never ate the one the manager brought out to replace the meatless one.
Now I try to eat the fries but at this point my appetite is completely gone. I asked to be closed out. The bartender brings me my tab without any sort of compensation for the errors with the food. I politely ask if the tab can be discontinued because I didn’t eat anything except two egg rolls and two bites of the cheese fries. The manager comes and removes my Shirley temple drink. I just do not think that equivalent to almost giving someone food poisoning. But I guess anything for a dollar nowadays
