I asked if they can add their crispy chicken crispers onto the cajun pasta and they told me I can't. I told them I can pay whatever extra up charge or just for both entrees and they refused. I don't get it, like... just charge me whatever and put them on the pasta. Why even offer the items if I can't order them. How if I even offer to buy both can you still refuse me. I'm actually baffled and super confused. Horrible service.

I ordered directly from chili's online.The pick 2 steak fajitas. I thought chili's used their own delivery drivers, but they rerouted it through door dash. When I got my order, there was no sour cream pico de gallo, cheese-All of the things that are supposed to come with the fajitas. After paying forty five dollars for an order for one person I called and let them know the issue and they were trying to give me a $1.50 refund. I have been to chili's enough and my husband used to work at chili's.There is not one person in a chili's that does Not know that the fajitas come with pica de gallo sour cream and cheese and to not get those things when you order in, paying extra in delivery fees and service fees and tips, is pretty much unacceptable and results in the ruining of the meal. Extremely disappointed with their resolution and will not be going back or ordering from there again.

We just left, I ordered two presidente margaritas, we got our food - finished our food and never got the drinks. Even after we finished the waiter Javier came and said that the bar was backed up. No one was at the bar. I asked him to give me the check and forget the drinks. Had to ask twice to have the drinks removed.
It's what you expect at a Chili's but our server Heather was so attentive and wonderful, we're planning our next visit just to see her! Give that woman a raise 🤍

Horrible customer service will never return to this one again.. we were seated given chips and a drink lol and no one returned to serve us.. the waitress was very discriminating bc we were black like atp in the world give racism up it’s very immature and unprofessional so after our food we politely left and no one even addressed that lol it’s hilarious. Chilis locations are trash all Houston locations should be closed.. Sugarland remains the best hands down

On yesterday November 4, 2025 my family decided to have lunch at the chilis on Taylor Streett at I10. One of our family members is currently in the United States Army and was wearing his battle fatigues. We ordered our food but his food was never brought to him and when we brought thiis to the attention of our server, she gave us the worse look as if she was annoyed with us. To make matters worse our food was not good at all. We ask for to go boxes and left them all the restaurant. We will never go back to this location again.

I love Chili's for multiple menu items . But that Nashville flavor left me confused. I don't hate it but I don't love it . The triple dippers was good . Got try some other flavor. Like a wet,dry seasoning.. even after the next day to reheat the food in the air fryer the flavor left me confused.
