My boyfriend and I came in last night for a quick dinner, we sat on the bar side with the bartender as our server. Food was pretty decent, service was good in the sense that she kept our waters filled and food came out quick… what really got me was when I watched her make my margarita and she didn’t use a shaker, just poured it in a glass and called it a day. For an almost $14 margarita, I expected a little more effort to be put in.

This is supposedly queso... service was decent but food was 👎🏽👎🏽 hadn't been here in a while but probably will be the last time to be honest. Mozzarella sticks were good though. Not at all worth the money paid though unfortunately.

Great casual all-American family chain restaurant. This is a nice enough restaurant, very good above average food. Not sure how much more in depth I should go. You know what you get when you go here, it's a chain place, no one will confuse this with a fancy restaurant, but it's very good for most regular folks that do our daily/nightly life grind. It's better than some of the buffet restaurants. I love their burgers, especially the sliders. The deserts are frequent winners. Great solid place to go celebrate any type of occasion or for catering. Recommend!

Terrible bathroom deodorizer smell at the entrance that is extremely off-putting. Seemingly understaffed for the hour before main dinner rush. Food was just okay.

Was there for about an hour, had only gotten our drinks but waited for 45-50 minutes for our food. People who came in way after us were getting there food before us at a quicker pace. We didn’t stick around long after seeing that. Our server was really nice though, thought it was weird that he gave us to-go boxes before we even got our food but I just assumed he was about to leave, so no big deal. He was really nice about the whole waiting thing, even put in our order again for us so it would come out quicker. But we still waited for 15 more minutes. We left unfortunately and might not come back to this specific location.
My bf love the burger . I had a nibble and it was the best I’ve had in this country . I don’t like meat in the USA I like it in the Caribbean. But this was extremely good it got an encore from my bf. Definitely recommend the burger 🍔
The first time I went the food took so long they had to send my nachos back and remake it which only took longer . I hated the pink witch drink … not a tequila fan. The watermelon iced tea is wonderful. The manager was accommodating and when I went back days later they remembered and had great service. Atmosphere was awkward this lady eating with her husband kept staring at me … they definitely have enough tv screens to focus on instead of me . But it’s pretty boring in there.

This place has awesome customer service. I took my wife and four kids here for dinner and Samantha came up to our table offered us an extra appetizer to try and was very very accommodating. I would highly recommend this Chili’s.
