She just kept speaking on refund refund girl you ruined my birthday dinner specifically asked for fresh food, and they intentionally ignored

My server Alexis was amazing!!! Didn’t have to ask her for anything she made sure we were right the WHOLE TIME. Even offered us to go drinks. THEY NEVER ASK ME I ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK MYSELF. I LOVED IT HERE I WILL BE ASKING FOR HER EVERYTIME

This particular location has great service, they’re kind and they don’t forget about you because they’re working other sections/tables. Josiah and I got drinks, appetizer for me then his food came out I was still deciding but after I ordered it was only about 10 minutes before my fresh food came out too! We had a good time. Just a random Cinco de Mayo rainy day date with my son. 🥰👏🏾💯

We arrived at the restaurant and walked in immediately and had a smell and not a good one. The host was dressed in a tee shirt and jogging pants. My husband doesn't complain about anything, and he had something to say. Needless to say, we will never go back!!

Why can this location not text when your food is ready for pickup? It is incredibly annoying to get cold food when I am told specifically to wait for a text message that never arrives!
DO NOT ASK PEOPLE TO WAIT FOR A TEXT TO PICK UP THEIR FOOD AND THEN NEVER SEND A TEXT.
This is terrible customer service and it makes me angry that it happens every time.

Walked in for dinner on a Thursday night, the place felt musty and stunk. We sat down at a booth by the bar. When we sat down, I noticed a baby german roach crawling across the table. We immediately left. Won't be back.

The cheeseburgers are soggy uneatable slop. By the time you get it to eat it's gross AF. 3 times I've given them a try. Same thing every time. This last time I ordered with just lettuce and cheese and they slobbered mustard all in it and it was again like trying to eat a wet sponge

Haven't been to this location since before CoVid. Finally came back today and the smell once you walk in smells like urine. The place was a mess. The staff was very loud and never serviced us. So we left. We were just imagining how the food would be like.

Went early around 3pm so fairly empty and best time to go! Got sat right away, and greeted quickly. Food didn't take long to come out and everything tasted great. Will return!
