I have not been to Chili’s in years, this location in particular, because it has always been extremely terrible service. We decided with all the new found hype surrounding chilis, we’d try it again. We walked in and it took a minute for anyone to greet us. It wouldn’t have been an issue if the entire staff wasn’t standing at the back looking at us, but not moving. Finally a guy approached and told us the system was down. He stated that it should be back up on 5-10 minutes, so we decided to stay and wait. At that point, he began to lead us into the dining area, but looked at the crowd of servers standing there and just left us standing while they all seemed unwilling to take our table. This was our sign to leave and go elsewhere. This place has always been a problem, but unfortunately it’s the only one in our area. Save yourselves the trouble and go to Los cucos. Always great food and service!

The only reason I’m not putting one star is because the manager was very polite and accommodating even when our order was messed up he tried his best to take care of the situation. The server/bartender was on FaceTime while we were there, she did not seem to want to be there and the service was just bad.

My wife ordered the Cajun chicken pasta to go and it came with shrimp in it. My wife has shell fish alergies. She called and talked to the manager and the manager agreed to remake her order. When we got home there was shrimp on the second order. This is why I stopped eating here gross negligence.

Food was good, service was horrible. Everybody that we interacted with just seemed miserable, didn’t smile and lacked customer service. Our server in particular, Deandra with the purple hair/wig, was the absolute worst. She was rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be working there, never checked on us or our drinks. Very rude and unwelcoming mannerisms.
I would recommend a restaff of the front of house or back to basics customer service training.

I was waiting for ribs for an hour when they told me that the wait was 15 and at the end of an hour they told me again that in 15 minutes I had to cancel the order and they also took a while to cancel the order. Oh, a guy with Chinese hair helped me. the rest are of no use, those who know nothing become more
