This place has cleaned up a lot, use to be ran down and the servers looked depressing. Now has improved across the board.

Under staffed, horrid service. Never got my appetizers. Manager gave us gift cards as apology. I'll use them at a different location..

Not a lot of people. Service was good. Drinks were meh. Had the appetizer with sliders & egg rolls and loved it, but we mainly came for the chocolate molten cake-my favorite!

Done in experience 1, we were not greeted at the entry waited 5-7 minutes (not busy at all) and there was foul smell through the lobby, food came out incorrect and without sauce presented by Mnger on duty, when ask for sour cream was told it was an extra charge, which is ridiculous to charge 1$ for a 1oz ramekin especially when dish was missing dipping sauce to begin with. At mid dine a sign was place of the door that store was closed due to technical difficulties meanwhile Mnger is expressing there is no water How as your sever customer without running water! Health hazard

The food and service was great but the only thing I was bothered by was when I was going to the restroom. I saw a little boy sitting by himself near the restroom. I'm pretty sure mom or dad worked there and had to bring him to work. The 2 times I went into the restroom I saw him follow people into the restrooms and out so when I went in there myself he would stand in front of the stall staring at me doing my business. I did tell him not to stare because it's not polite but I was mostly bothered because I can see he followed men and women into the restroom.

Tonight will be mine and my husband's last night here. We got there around 8:30pm-9:00pm. We've always had problems with customer service here. Tonight our server was amazing. He was attentive, helpful and pleasant to be around. Unfortunately, i can't say the same for the GM or one of his coworkers. My husband politely asked one of his coworkers (who is apparently 17, but with a nasty attitude) to see how long our food would be. This "boy" went to the kitchen, told our server we were complaining about him and the rate of how fast the food was getting out. Our server came over and was nice, and told us that his coworker told him we were complaining and causing problems. We stopped him as soon as he said my husband complained, because all he did was ask politely about how long the food would be. It got my husband and i both angry, but we kept it cordial as the server was upset as well, that this coworker would cause problems againwith another one of his tables (apparently hes been causing problems with the servers and their tables). That's when the manager (white lady with blonde hair) came out, walked up to my husband yelling at him (the server had to hold her back) telling him that because he ordered a steak, it was taking longer. She even spit on me, with how bad she was yelling. And i have filed a police report. It took a few minutes for the server to even try to tell her over her own raised voice was that it was a miscommunication and that we weren't complaining, just asking how long it would be. The server then told us the coworker is young and apparently it's his first job...; that he didnt know how to communicate such problems yet (apparently, but he has been there over 6 months...) and that he will talk to both him and his manager. I told the manager I didn't want the food anymore. But my husband and server both convinced me this wouldn't happen again. This whole ordeal raised my blood pressure, ontop of me being pregnant and crying in the bathroom at how someone (a gm of all sorts) has the right to come and yell at my husband and I. If it wasn't for the server and my husband, I would have walked out. Chilis doesn't deserve our money, and that coworker and gm don't deserve to work there. I will be filing a formal complaint against both parties, and will tell everyone not to go to this chilis unless you want to be yelled at.

Alright, we have been back a few times and the service and food have been good. We have them another shot since we really like this place. I'm glad things have gotten better and the service has been great! Hopefully it stays that way
