Chili's Grill & Bar

It was quiet, our waiter, James was cool very funny and attentive. The food was fresh and tasty. I had to tell them about a mishap but they fixed it promptly. We're definitely coming back and hopefully James is still working there!

Lousy service. Cold food

I have officially changed my review! My To Go food was piping hot and on time. The server, she was tall with beautiful locs. She's a gem! She was efficient, quick, and a leader. You keep these employees because they are good for your brand. I ordered at night when some restaurants falter. Chili's did not. Keep this up guys we need restaurants like this out here!

The worst costumer service ever

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am fairly understanding and patient person so please do not go here. The customer service is TRASH took us almost 10mins to get waters no they weren't near busy. A simple margarita they got wrong twice after sending it back. I asked for medium steak and got well done. I was told I was waiting on just my steak the other order was ready. They brung my food and realized they had forgotten the other order that was already done. I ended up getting so annoyed and frustrated I just packed my food and left being that I literally was having to get out of my seat to get assistance. Horrible experience. The food is okay for the most part even though they got it wrong. So if you like good food and wanna fight over it. Go head.

My server was exemplary and the food is actually delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly and even the shrimp was great and not overcooked as is usual in a chain restaurant.
