Please do better with your service & learn how to take orders instead of making guest wait a WHOLE hour just to be informed that the manager canceled your order while others that arrived before us received their food with no problem! ps. manager thought we left…we stepped out of our table to wash our hands thinking of food was coming out after waiting for so long 👎🏽

I had not been to Chili's in many years and today was a good reminder why. The food quality was abysmal. The pasta was undercooked and everything tasted like cheap microwavable food. To make matters worse, they charge Steakhouse prices. Never again.

The food was terrible! The server took along time and no one there. The new food menu sucks! The corn is now longer one the cob and the food came out cold. We had to keep asking for refills and the server then charged us for stuff that was supposed to be part of our meal. Chili's is not what it used to be. We won't be back!!

Raw burgers pink inside manager aug3rd 5:00 clock has a mind of a incompetent 3rd grader to tell me they make there burgers that me an my son ate medium well done ,like what if we allergic to anything raw an uncooked..so they made me pay for the food anyways but today I'm going back up there to speak to general manager an get my refund

Our dining experience last night was horrible. The first thing I noticed was that it wasn't a very clean establishment. To add to that, the waitress who was a complete sweetheart, had the sniffles. Because of this I asked for plastic utensils. I hate to bring this up, again because she was super sweet, but to work with food while possibly sick is not ok. Unfortunately for us, we had already ordered our food by the time I noticed. I try to be as sympathetic as possible, so I did not want to complain or even write this review. But after speaking with yhe morning manager Adon, I must proceed to do so. I explained to Adon, that our food was luke warm, and under cooked. I asked to send back our mozzerlla to be reheated, and granted the kind waitress did so with no hesitation. But they came back the exact same way. I knew then that this wouldn't be the best experience. We also ordered 3 entrees, all of which were luke warm. I called this morning to speak with morning staff, who in my experience tend to have a more professional approach, and Adon wasn't very much of a help. When you come out to celebrate with family, or just overall go out for dinner, the last thing you want to do is mess up your own mood by having to complain. Not everyone is a confrontational individual. It was not my job to continue complaining about my food. One complaint was well over enough. Instead of handling the matter profrssionally, Adon was no help at all. This is the exact reason why I did not complain at the table, who wants to have to complain about their dinning experience, only to be treated with unprofessionalism in the end.
