They brought my 3 yr old an adult water. Waitress let us know it was her 2nd day. Food came before appetizers. Some of it was wrong and some of it was cold. Clearly understaffed. Worst Chili's experience in a long time and we frequent Chili's all over the place.

Made online order. Order was not what I ordered. It was close to closing time, had to take the order back so I requested a refund. Employee offered to drop the order in sauce instead of making a fresh order.

I placed an online order at Chili's, scheduled to be ready at 9:49 pM 11-21-24. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready, and they were struggling to prepare the tortilla soup. While waiting, the rest of my food sat there getting cold. I was offered a substitution or to wait a few more minutes for the soup, so I decided to wait—what was supposed to be a few minutes turned into a 30-minute wait.

Frustrated, I asked for a refund, but the general manager told me I'd have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back, which is absolutely ridiculous. I was asking for a refund because my food was cold due to their delays.

To make matters worse, I looked into the kitchen, and it didn’t even seem like anyone was preparing the soup. The floors were wet, dirty, and littered with trash—completely unacceptable. The overall experience, from customer service to food quality and kitchen cleanliness, was appalling. Chili's should be ashamed of this level of service.

Jennifer the GM was amazing. She came to my rescue. She’s busy but did not hesitate to come and check on me. I came for Veterans Day. I was happy that she saw me at the bar. What wonderful service. Happy to have came.

I’m a regular at this Chili's location, typically enjoying my visits with friends. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me disappointed and humiliated. I was dining with a group of friends, all of us Hispanic, and we were simply enjoying our evening when the manager unexpectedly approached our table. She briefly muttered something about having "called the cops" and then walked away. Confused and concerned, we tried to ask her what was going on, but she refused to engage with us and informed us that we couldn’t leave because the police were on their way.

The situation worsened when our server, without explanation, asked if we wanted separate checks even though the host had initially mentioned that parties of seven would have a single check. We were planning to stay longer and order more, but this sudden mention of our check, paired with the unsettling news that someone had called saying we intended to "dine and dash," changed the whole mood.

The experience was incredibly embarrassing. No one took the time to address the situation professionally, nor were we treated with respect. The assumption that we might try to dine and dash was unfounded, and the lack of clarity and professionalism was shocking, especially as a regular customer who has never had any issues here before. The server even went so far as to insinuate that we were about to commit a crime, which felt entirely unjustified and humiliating.

I’m left questioning if we were racially profiled, and I feel saddened that my once-favorite spot has treated my friends and me this way. After years of loyalty, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, hoping for a more respectful and inclusive dining experience in the future.

That they were short staffed. Drove from Angleton to home. It closes at Midnight. People were let in. But I was not.
