Definitely one of the worser Chili's I've been to. The food came out cold, our food runner disappeared after we asked for extra dressing. And my salad didn't have extra guacamole and the sauce that was supposed to come with it. I wouldn't come back and stick to my regular locations nearby my house instead.

The waitress was attentive at first, but probably understaffed, so she randomly kept up with us. Also, the kitchen crew was arguing loudly. Food was not the best.. honestly, I go there for the drinks.. 😁

Ordered a chipotle bowl with salmon and the salmon was very dry and past its shelf life. This location is very close to my house but I never really come here and I see why now.

I want to shout out our server Jay and her team for exemplifying great customer service! Jay had such great energy, amazing customer service and took care of us from the moment we walked in the door. Not only did we receive our food in a timely manner but the taste was executed well also. I will definitely be back to this location in the future!

Idk if chilis has new sizes for their soups or maybe there were no clean bowls but I received my soup in a dipping cup…. The only reason I know it was a dipping cup is because I received my side of ranch in the same container…
Definitely not $5 worth of soup.
Probably why that location was dead.

We’ve been to chilis many times and always order the same thing. Waitress said it doesn’t include a side on a meal because she didn’t have an option on how to do it on her screen. It literally says on the menu so she made us wait to go to the back and ask. We were correct. We were in a rush to leave I mistakenly paid without seeing bill items. She said you paid? I said yes and she said oh that might have been for the wrong table and then back peddled saying no it’s the correct table and all of a sudden started acting nice. I calculated in the car we overpaid by $5 due to her error probably overcharging us. I really didn’t want to go back in She already messed up the order I honestly should have checked but I’m still not at fault. This was a slow day and the place was empty. I do not recommend at all it’s seems most workers were this way but can’t confirm
