I just want to express that chilis is my go too place, but after this visit, I will think twice before coming to this location again. To start off, when drinks were brought out by the food runner, he literally brought all 6 drinks with no tray and he ended up spilling one of our drinks on my phone. Second, our chips and salsa I ordered first took forever to get to us. I ordered a queso some time later and that came out first than my chips and salsa. Several other servers came afterwards asking us if we ordered chips and salsa. Like aren’t they suppose to know that already? Our food took forever to get to us, even though the restaurant was half empty. We had asked for no tomatoes on our Cajun pasta and came with tomatoes, but at this point I was just aggravated with the whole delay and uncertainty that was happening. No one cared to buss our table, seeing our mess, and I tried to keep it organized as much as I can, but no one cared to pick up our empty plates. Just a horrible experience overall. Some retraining has to happen because this was by far the worst.

It's a normal chilies, but let me tell you the story about how the homeless guy snatched. My 2 go order from the 2 go room and they did not text me. And tell me, hey, my order had been stolen. I had to go in in 30 minutes later and say, hey, where's my food? And then they remade it instead of just remaking it, and then texting me frickin' hilarious

Worst chilis ever!! Ordered through their website to have it delivered. After a hr and 30 min they canceled the order called to see why they said that whoever came to pick up the food must have stole it. Again that’s not my problem I ordered through the chilis website not door dash instead then of them just remaking my order because I came to pick it up and discuss what happen they refused and just wanted to refund and we have to wait a couple days for it to go back on the card. Ridiculous!!

Definitely one of the worser Chili's I've been to. The food came out cold, our food runner disappeared after we asked for extra dressing. And my salad didn't have extra guacamole and the sauce that was supposed to come with it. I wouldn't come back and stick to my regular locations nearby my house instead.

The waitress was attentive at first, but probably understaffed, so she randomly kept up with us. Also, the kitchen crew was arguing loudly. Food was not the best.. honestly, I go there for the drinks.. 😁

Ordered a chipotle bowl with salmon and the salmon was very dry and past its shelf life. This location is very close to my house but I never really come here and I see why now.
I want to shout out our server Jay and her team for exemplifying great customer service! Jay had such great energy, amazing customer service and took care of us from the moment we walked in the door. Not only did we receive our food in a timely manner but the taste was executed well also. I will definitely be back to this location in the future!

Idk if chilis has new sizes for their soups or maybe there were no clean bowls but I received my soup in a dipping cup…. The only reason I know it was a dipping cup is because I received my side of ranch in the same container… Definitely not $5 worth of soup. Probably why that location was dead.
