I went after work on 12/13/24 & ordered they’re Cajun pasta which is one of my favorites,The chicken was dry & hard but I just took it out of the Pasta but about An hour after me leaving I started experiencing these horrible cramps in my stomach & started vomiting throughout the night & feeling nauseous .Here it is the next day & im still experiencing pains & can’t get out of bed being that the pain is so unbearable.Please make sure you’re food is freshly made I wouldn’t want anyone to experience the feeling im having rite now & not sure of how long its going to last.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I honestly don’t know how much longer this location will be open. They barely get business anyway. I understand why now. What I really want to understand is why it takes so long for people to get their food and it is cold as hell. I mean wings and fries are literally cold. Every time. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and they do something foolish. I swear I won’t be this dumb again. Never again at this location. I suggest bringing in a manager from another location or brining a new one in that can redirect what’s going on there or CLOSE IT DOWN! Seriously it used to be nice when I first moved around here but I’ve literally watched it go down hill. Get someone to help this location if you want to keep it open.

It's your average Chili's drinks are well priced and the food is pretty good!

Service the night I went was great. Was patient with me despite being on the phone for almost 30 minutes after getting a drink.

I love Chili’s and I don’t usually mind waiting for my food as that means it will be fresh and hot. But we waited 20-30 minutes in the middle of two families with small children (most of the other seats were empty so not sure why we were seated this way when there were other servers hanging out by the kitchen with no apparent tables) just for our food just for our main courses to be cold. Not even remotely warm, only the fries were hot. I asked for my food to be reheated and was offered fresh, hot sauce but my food itself was still hardly warm when it was handed back to me. I wanted to order desert after as an early birthday treat to myself but didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes for a simple dish. I would completely understand if it were at least semi-busy and others were waiting for their food before us, but everyone already had their food and it was a slow Tuesday evening. Someone came in after we got our food and in the 15 minutes it took us to eat, they barely got their drink order taken as we were leaving. At the unusually high prices we paid, we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth.

Wifey and I ordered ribs and chips. Staff placed candies and chocolates we like for a personal touch. Great experience. Ribs 8.5/10.
