Food selections were delicious. Mozzarella sticks are more like patties (very large). Chips and salsa always good. My friend had ribeye cooked to her liking & my grilled chicken sandwich with sautéed onions, swiss cheese & avocado was delicious. Our server was attentive-- we enjoyed our experience and will return to this location.

Haven't been to Chili's in a long time. The wait was short, which was nice. The server was excellent. But the food was ok, not great. I ordered the fajitas trio with just two meats. Beef and shrimp. The serving was so small that it was awful. The bathroom smelled just like cigars and cigarettes, not clean at all. Will not be going back

I placed an order online very simple. Salad curbside my BF picked it up. They didn’t give dressing and gave me chicken I clearly ordered shrimp. I have a chicken allergy. The service of the staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t take ownership of their mistakes. It took them 20-30min for the manager to bring a receipt showing my refund. I would never return. Customer service is a big deal . I even called ahead to make them aware.
We went here last Friday for my nephew's 14th birthday and I was very disappointed. The service was good the waiter was great but it was so cold and when we asked why it was so cold the waiter said it was broken.The food and service was ok until my sister got there and ordered my great niece and nephew some pizza and fries and we she broke the pizza apart it was a roach in the pizza underneath one of the slices we were so disappointed, upset and discussed. The manger was real rude and disrespectful to my sister about the whole situation. They ended up giving us our money back but we won't be back here or in any other restaurant for a very long time if ever, I would rather cook at home.

I ordered a burger the bun was super soggy and the fries was cold. I also ordered the smoke house sampler it was good. But let's talk about the Cesar salad it was barely half full it was more dressing than salad. But my biggest complaint is that it was no utensils or napkins in the bag. And I ordered my food online I definitely checked the box for utensils. I mean after spending almost 50.00 you think I could get a napkin and fork.

Every time I go to this place for lunch to eat I have one hour as soon as you walk through the door that's not a soul in sight for 10 to 15 minutes. Service is always horrible guaranteed atmosphere is always dead guaranteed they have a TV on the wall that they refuse to put color in cuz it's going out just replace the TV come on dudes. Once you get your food it's okay at best it's just a quick place for me to be able to eat if they would hurry up and not use up my 1 hour with me looking for people Go here only if you have to
