This is and will always be one of our goto places! There was a slight mishap. However, Tyler the manager on duty and our waitress did everything possible to resolve the issue. Thanks to you both!

The service is rather a fast food take. Think McDonald’s but at a place you pay more for to receive that kind of service. They make them being short handed to seem to be your problem when waiting or trying to order food. The manager trips over his words when approached to try and excuse the lack of service given. Atleast at McDonald’s you expect to have less and get less, but this is a place where you pay extra of your hard working dollars to receive a very low level experience of customer service. Please reconsider of spending your money elsewhere and don’t waste your time or money at chilis here. Chilis use to be a destination restaurant for family’s and others and now there a shell of what they use to be. Even the food could be better, not sure if it’s the chefs or what they are buying to cook but it feels to be sub par. And of coarse they will have an excuse for it all that’s the only thing they are not short supply on is excuses. The location is near some great other places to eat so use their parking lot to gps one and do yourself a favor and go there.

I left a review with chili's directly. I have come here for sit down service and had great experiences. To-go today was not great. The people were inattentive, and we were missing pieces of our meal. Not what we expect from this chain.

Food was poor quality, not warm. Service was poor. It took more than 10 minutes for someone to come to the table to take a drink order and it was so loud you could barely hear yourself breathing worse. Chili's ever?

Their service is not good at all the waiter or bartender was rude to one of my coworkers because she was on the phone she told him she wasn’t ready yet and after that when she was ready he ignored her and acted as if he couldn’t read her ID when he came and serviced us so we asked for a manager and when the manager came she was rude acted as if she wasn’t going to return her ID because she didn’t like that my coworker was already upset with the bartender and the situation was handled very unprofessional and I love chilis but that won’t be our spot after work anymore!
