Absolutely horrible service. Waiter was rude. Took 30 min didn't get service and just decided it was not worth my time.

Stop putting wings with sauce in the same container with the other food items, for example southwest egg rolls and burger bites. I don't want my other items tasting like my honey chipotle wings. Also, when you say that you will text me when my order is ready please do so.

It an a good area right next to the mall. Great for family gatherings, Great for after food shopping.

Overall, this was a great experience. The staff were courteous but not as attentive. It wasn’t much traffic and they were all socializing so I understand.

The food was great. Hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. It didn’t take long at all to get our meal. If y’all haven’t tried the black bean burger 🍔 it’s amazing!!

Ordered chicken and shrimp pasta. It was terrible. No flavor. Garlic bread was mushy.
Knew it was gonna taste bad but wanted to give it a try again. Learned my lesson. Not ordering anymore. Not as good as it used to be.

Ate there this evening, ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizers, a ribeye with Mexican rice, wifey ordered the nachos. The brought the entrees first and forgot the appetizer. We saw our waitress, Kriss, a total of two times during the visit (once to take the order and once when she happened to walk by). The ribeye tasted good but wasn't even a good cut for $24. Lots of tendons and chewy stuff - gross. The "Mexican" rice was actually Cajun rice and was REALLY spicy, almost brought both of us to tears after trying a bite. At least the broccoli was OK. My wife's nachos were cold, soggy, and had a greasy taste. To top it all off, there was a table full of drunk people being extra loud while everyone else was trying to eat. Realizing that's not necessarily Chili's fault, they could have at least had a manager come over and ask them to keep the volume down to a reasonable level. Finally, the floors throughout the restaurant were unsafely greasy and slippery. I don't believe we will be dining here again.

Went there as a group, disappointed on the how dirty it was. The floors were so dirty your shoes stuck to the floor the windows and doors you came in was filthy. Will not go back again until it is cleaned up.

Only gave a start to actually be able to post my review.. “0” STARS….Service poor, food poor and cold. Drinks disgusting and still made us pay for our mozzarella sticks we order. NEVER AGAIN THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR GET NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT….

Take my kids all the time. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Great food.
