As a Chili’s Coustmer, For many years, The Williowbrook store has really stepped up to the plate. Manager Margret, Longtime Bartender, Rodney and staff. Have really changed since Margret, Took over two-three years ago. There making changes for the better. Love my slammer.!!! As ms Krystal Smith assistant manager and .Ms Meleanie, The new kids on staff . Totally awesome. Thank you

The food and servers were amazing the only problem was the manager, I don’t recall her name but it was a tall black lady(I’m black too don’t worry), so I had called an hour ahead to reserve seats for my party, but we were late so I called again to tell them that we were gonna be late and they said it was fine but, when I walked in I did not feel welcomed at all and when asking when we would be seated she said 10-15 minutes but we sat there for over 30 and no one came and checked up on us. When we finally got seated the waiters and waitresses were phenomenal, but near the end the manager looked us in the eyes when talking to another server and said “this is why I don’t take kids,” although we are teenagers, and when taking our payments she had asked who’s paying with card and who’s paying with cash, we raised our hands and that’s was when she dramatically moved back like we were in her face, we were not, we were not even close to where she was standing, overall the manager was a problem and acted like we disrespected her when we were nothing but nice.

Im a chillis regular. Don't come here, the bartenders dont know how to make drinks, they will serve you house margaritas and charge you for premium drinks . Make sure you get the right drink ! Thats theft !! Then they get mad when you call them out.

Great meal! Prince, our server was awesome! He was taking care of all the tables in our entire area, taking orders, cleaning tables and keeping up with everybody! We arrived at 10:15pm and they close at 11. We both got the 3 for Me Deal only $10.99! We got a drink, baked potato soup with bacon bits, chives, and lots of cheese, smashburger, and tons of delicious hot and perfectly cooked fries. Highly recommend! Everything was very good. Service was fast, checkout was easy, we got out before they closed! And we both had leftovers.

Best Chili's experience ever today. Greeted by having the front door opened for us and asked for seating preference. Service was polite and timely but also friendly and personal with multiple short chats about music and life. Food at Chili's is always good, had the Fresh Mex bowl today and it's awesome. The chicken is perfection.
