If im going to go eat at Chilis is this one! Liz, our waitress, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was delicious! I highly recommend this Chili's, especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Liz.

Yesterday was my son's birthday, he wanted to go to Chili's and then we went at night with my boyfriend and my mother-in-law. We were eating and suddenly a huge cockroach with wings came out đ”âđ«wow we saw it and we paid quickly leaving the Half the meal or maybe more. Now I have many doubts about this place.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Chili's Grill & Bar. While the food was decent, the overall atmosphere was completely ruined by the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Trey. During my visit,I witnessed Trey yelling at an employee in front of customers. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate No employee deserves to be berated ike that, especially in a public setting It not only shows a lack of leadership but also creates a negative experience for customers who just want to enjoy their meal. Management should be about building a team and maintaining a positive environment, not tearing people down. I hope Chili's addresses this behavior immediately because it reflects poorly on the company. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Update- always stop in the eat at the bar. Justin is awesome and always makes me feel welcomed when I visit the area. I sat in a booth by the bar and Ray was my server and she made sure I was taken care of but Justin stopped by my table and made sure I was ok. The location was clean, and the food was good. Service was great, I will be back. Thank you Justin and Ray for your excellent service.
Ate here before with no problem. Located across the parking lot of my hotel. Seated and just when I thought we were forgotten about I got the best server in the restaurant. She had only be there for 4 months but couldn't tell. She was quick, checked in often and made sure everything was okay. I almost left but glad I didn't. I love great service. And she did it with a smile.

This is a nice little area that has gotten a lot better since the last time as I was on this side of town. They really improved the restaurants and the hotels in this area. This chilies was hopping but fast and friendly and the food was delicious.

I wish I could give this Chiliâs location zero stars. The service was beyond terrible. It took over 10 minutes just to order drinks and food. When we asked our server, Que, if they were short-staffed, she openly admitted it wasnât due to staffing shortages but because management didnât want to hire more people since business was slow. Instead of doing her job, she proceeded to loudly complain about us to her coworkersâloud enough for the entire restaurant to hear.
Our appetizers arrived before our drinks, and once the food came, we were completely ignored. My husband even had to get his own pepper from under the counter because no one bothered to check on us. When it came time for the bill, we were overcharged, with each item from a lunch special rung up individually.
We waited 15 minutes just to get a box and the corrected check. To make matters worse, Que blatantly avoided our table, walking past us multiple times without a word. Another server finally stepped in to help, but by that point, I was ready to leave without paying.
This experience was absolutely unacceptable. Between the unprofessionalism, the lack of basic service, and the management issues, I will not be returning to this location.

Just really bad food. Iâm sorry but I donât understand why people like this place.
The ladies' restroom was closed, the kitchen floor was filthy, our 2nd round of tea came out sweet instead of unsweet & my burger was completely wrong. Tables throughout were full of dirty dishes & leftovers. If the house side salad gets any smaller, it will be served in a tea cup. I think this location needs some serious TLC & management attention.

girl.... our server emire. did not come back ONCE to give any refills. had 1 cup the whole time. was looking forward to celebrating my dads birthday with a dinner but this experience honestly left a bad taste in my mouth and i regret spending my money here. again, she never came back. i could have walked out without paying and i would have been fine because she never checked on us. but i did pay
