Windows of car smashed
My family and I usually go to this location. Chili’s has always been our go to.
Today’s experience started off great. As we are done eating and exiting. A person from the group who was seated next to us came in to inform the bus boy that a (vehicle and model was mentioned ). I knew immediately that it was mine. I ran out and noticed my back passenger windows were smashed.
I immediately called 911 to make a report. My husband went to ask for the cameras inside. My mom went to the taco place as well. -we we parked on the side of chillis-
The worker in chillis and the manager told my mom that they didn’t have cameras IN or OUT of the restaurant. Taco place does but they have a something that is covering the view to my vehicle.
Needless to say, I did try to ask again about the cameras. When the officer arrived I asked if this regularly happens.
The thieves did not take anything or attempt to move anything. A back pack was left inside and it was not opened. No valuable were left. No other vehicle near me or anywhere were broken into.
When the officer arrived i told her that don’t have cameras. She said yes, they don’t have any on the sides of the restaurant. I asked if this happy happens. She said yes. On the sides.
I’m never going back to this location again.

They need to learn how to cook a burger. I know some people eat them medium rare but unless it's requested it should never come medium rare like mine did. Still paid for it but didn't eat it. Ok, edited review. I've been a chilis ribs fan for over 20 years. Today I gave this location another shot. I couldn't even eat the ribs. Normally, they fall off of the bone and are the best around. This location apparently can't make anything correctly. I wish they would line the staff up and make them sample the trash that they are serving to their customers. I have videos of the ribs but I can only attach pictures.

Really impressed with how fast and attentive the service was at this Chili’s. The servers were on top of everything. So friendly, quick, and constantly checking in without being overbearing. I came specifically for the Cajun Pasta, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. It came out piping hot, fresh, and just as flavorful as I was craving for. Great experience overall!

i just wanna say i used to really try to stay away from chillis because i had a handful of bad experiences i’ve had but tonight has changed my mind about everything JUSTIN WAS THE BEST SERVER EVER his service was a 10/10 he was bartending and still payed attention to us we will definitely be back and sit at the bar just for him . WE DIDNT HAVE TO ASK FOR ANYTHING he anticipated all our needs and that’s what makes a great server 🫶🏾 thank you so much for the amazing service
