I was just there, and no one came to take my order. Saw multiple server and they just looked at me and was passed on. Waited for like 10 mins then a table came next to me and the server came to take there order as soon as they sat down. I just got up and left, the hostess just saw me and my family get up and left didn’t say a word or nothing. Worst experience ever, never coming back.

like your standard chili’s! the food came out great, but the service was slow. we had to wait 30 minutes for our server to come greet us after being seated and not being asked/offered any beverages or appetizers.

Usually I come here for their $10 lunch combos or pick 3. But I saw their honey chipotle chicken crispers and I hadn't had those in a while so that's what I ordered. I love that they came in different amounts like 4,5,6 pieces and 2 sides. And not just a boring fries and slaw sides. I was able to get mac & cheese at no extra cost. Upon arriving it took a minute before the Host cane to seat us. The place was clean and once you walked inside you could smell a nice air freshener they had. There were many sports channels on for viewing. Our server Dominique was very fast and attentive towards taking care of us. Our food came out hot & fresh and was delicious. I love getting the strawberry lemonade from Chili's, it's just right! We enjoyed our lunch here.

Worst ever !!I ask for fajitas for 2, got the order for 1.I was glad I did because the food was cold and one of the waitress was rude to all of us, she was wanting to get to her friends on the other side.This place use to be good but it was the most nasty cold fajitas we had.Paid way way to much for what we got.Never going back.We were there to watch the game, but the waitress shot it down we left.

I’ve visited this Chili’s a handful of times but this time was not a good experience. The waiter took an immense amount of time to come and take our order. We had 3-4 people come to our table asking the same questions or bringing out the incorrect item. It was very confusing and a bit annoying. I order a side Caesar and a bowl of chili. The waiter smirked and asked “Uh have you had our chili?” I answered “Yes. Why?” The waiter chuckled, rolled his eyes and said “Okay whatever.” I’m still puzzled as to what the problem is with that situation. I ordered 4 drinks fromThe bar which I sent 1 back because it was not tasty at all. I could only taste the sour mix and it was way too much. The manger did come to ask if we needed anything. We told him we did. However, he went to the bar and was watching the game with other employees and didn’t come back to give us what we needed until many minutes later. My meal was not good. My salad had the greens that goes in the house salad my guest ordered. Caesar is my favorite salad and I know the difference between it and other salads. The chili this time was very dark and gritty. It usually is a medium brown and a bit chunky. We will definitely NOT be back because this was very strange and disappointing.Parking: They have plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcomed here.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spots available.

I was visiting Houston two days ago for business and stopped here for lunch. Shane was very kind and friendly. I got me a fajita trio (shrimp, steak, and chicken), and it was so good.Today, as I was submitting my expense report for work, I noticed I had lost my receipt. I called them and got Moon (the manager) on the phone. He got my receipt in a heartbeat and sent it to me via email. A great experience with Shane and Moon, and the food was great!
