Can’t get a table, 15 empty tables, host is bussing tables, total train wreck! Black Friday weekend and these idiots close half the tables. Mgr. Ashley Sani should be fired!

Worst Chili's ever. Food arrives cold. They claim tables are reserved but coincidentally nobody gets to use the ones on the outside until the place gets full. The RR are "out of order", really? Too many servers for one table. And yet they can't get one thing right. When you request for creamer you must be specific or else you will receive one by one. Some of the food is good. Some. I'd definitely avoid this place.

Greatest Intentions

So here goes! I went here for a quick lunch with my husband. First of all it took forever for someone to come to our table after we were seated. It took for me ask someone was there a server for the table for a lady who walked past the table many times to say she’ll take care of us.Then when she took our order she sat down at the table with us as though we invited her to have lunch with us type thing. That starts it.Lol now all of a sudden another young lady comes very nice and said she sorry she didn’t get there sooner. (She was the actual waitress, I saw her many times before as well!) They were short staffed. ?As we are waiting a young man that works there was walking back to the kitchen right where we were seated and asked if “I like soup?” I said “yes” and then GAVE me a bowl of soup. I thought that was nice. It seemed as if the soup was about to be wasted….. the soup was hella good by the way. If you go try the chicken enchilada soup!!!So we dine and now I ask for the check. The lady that took the order comes back with the bill and I see the soup on there, I explain the situation on the soup that the young man had gave it to me and she said “ well that’s not a policy we do here!” I said “ ok, I was just explaining to you what happened” I could already see there was an issue. So then she snatches the soup from the table and takes it to the back and I said “ why did you do that?” She said “I told you that’s a not a policy we do here is give away free food and if you keep eating it I have to charge you for it!” So I’m a little irritated by now at how classless she was with the whole situation. But I just pay the bill. I’m thinking the other young lady was getting the tip so I left a tip. I was really bothered at how she handled that so I told someone else what happened only to find out the woman I’m accusing of such rude behavior happens to be the manager (Amber) and she was going to be the one to get the tip! I really wanted my tip money back and no way, but I let it be!I saw the young man that gave me the soup and I told him what happened and he pretty looked at me as if I was all alone in the matter. Mind you it was his fault. He knows there policy not me.I’m in this business and customer care is very important to me. Yes it’s only a 4 dollar soup. But the matter at hand was much bigger than that. But anyway. There’s never a real reason on leaving reviews with these big companies they could care less. And to make matters worse, I actually like that location there’s a bartender on the weekends there and she rocks. She was actually the reason we went back that day but she wasn’t there. . I will go back but only if the bartender I first met will be there if not I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere!

After waiting 45mins to an hour for not even a main dish but appetizers - one of them were burnt to a crispOn top of this - apparently the water went out at just this place and this they decided to close down but we're openly making it aware to everyone especially people including my husband and I who had not recvd food yet. In addition, the staff kept telling everyone that the mall was closing because the water is off......If the mall was closing they would have announced it to literally everyoneEvery other food/drink place in the surrounding area is open with running water and serving people.

Place was filthy. When being taken to our, afte waiting 5 minutes for a hoatess to even come over, table we were steeping on napkins on the floor and pieces of food. We told the hostess the place was filthy and she didn't even care. We keep trying to give chili's a chance but this isn't the first time we've seen this. No more covid excuse, just poor staff and bad management.

I don’t know where to start, I was with my mom at the galleria we got hungry and decided to go here, ordered the 3 for $10.99, and also spinach queso with chips. First they waitress brought us a different queso, but she kindly offered changed it immediately, then she came to our table saying that our entry which was the potato soup wasn’t ready cause they were still “making it” but our burgers were, we said that was ok, at least burgers were amazing , after 20 min we didn’t had our soup yet, and when she finally came with the order, the soup was cold!!! And wasn’t well cooked? definitely the worst experience at a Chili’s…

I am a fanatic of chilis, have always loved it but this Chilis is so bad. I work at the mall and an constantly making online orders. They are always wrong or incomplete but today was the cherry on top, Its a sunday and i know they are busy so i placed my online order and actually waited an additional few minutes only to get there and them to tell me that my order was not made because they didn't have what i ordered. Again i understand its busy so its fine we can place another order what upset me is they didnt bother to call or reach out to let us know that. I place my new order and wait and receive it head back up only to realize they forgot a part of the order at this point my break is almost over and i cant go back so i call and the employee was more than willing to come drop it off the manager i think carolyn was telling her no because it is against company policy so again okay i get that but instead of providing a solution she just says no so at that point i just request a refund for that part of the order but it amazes me how her employee was more than willing to correct the situation but the manager wasnt i thought that was the end of it but then we open the order and see that what they did put was completely wrong and cold its about a five minute walk no reason why the chicken should be stupid cold and the fries stale.

To begin with, since there was a client complaining in front of the kitchen because there were problems with his food order, I was sitting for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come, no waiter ever came, apart from the fact that all the tables were dirty and I have photos, because it bothers me, that if there is no trained personnel to provide service, then it is better not to be open.

For the bald bartender with a beard who knows absolutely nothing regarding togos. I came in on my lunch break to pickup my Togo order and to pay during my break. I went to the bar and told him that I had a Togo order, showed him my phone of the order confirmation. He told me to wait here to speak with a girl. I then asked if this was the correct location to pickup Togo orders and he said yes. 15 minutes goes by and no one follows up with my order. I then stop a server and ask again and she explains to me that togo orders are at a different location and not at the bar. She apologized and didn’t understand why he gave me the wrong information. So I processed to go to the correct location and then I find out that they don’t have my order and have to put It in the system again. Mind you this is 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. When I was at the counter I told them I wanted to speak to a manager about the situation since it’s now over 20 minutes into my hour lunch. To my dismay instead of talking to me about my concerns and being GENEROUS. The oversized manager with brown curly hair dismissed me and said “well here is your Togo order, have a blessed day.”Thank you again for putting my side salad in a 8 oz cup that was half full.Order was supposed to be ready at 6:06 pm. Order wasn’t ready until after 6:20 pm.

I work in the Galleria, so I order from this location often. I’ve had issues as far as temperature and portion size in the past, however, today’s issues were something I absolutely had to share. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and a side of broccoli. My order was correct, however, once I arrived back to my store and began eating, I was highly disturbed. A large portion of the noodles and shrimp in the pasta, as well as my broccoli, were undercooked. I actually attempted to bite into two large pieces of the broccoli and hurt my bottom teeth because it was as if someone just picked it from the ground and placed it in the container. I could hear myself very loudly chewing the other pieces. For $20.00, tip included, I would have loved a larger portion size of pasta, but then again, it would’ve been undercooked. Someone should never been given undercooked food, but seafood?! Now I’m finding myself rushing to the restroom.

Super upset with this place, I picked up my Togo order , I opened my baked potato soup & was on my 2nd bite I noticed there was a thick piece in it. I removed it and it was a freaking soggy napkin!!!! DISGUSTING! I called them and was on hold for 10 min & was told they use napkins to clean the back so that’s probably where it came from. I was not offered a refund but a gift card and was told I would get it within 24hr via email & corporate would reach out to me/ well it’s been three days and NOTHING has been done. This is unacceptable 100%. imagine if I would’ve got sick or food poisoned bc cleaning products were used to obviously wipe down stuff or someone blew their nose and put it in the soup. Horrible experience and way it was handled.

Worse experience I have ever had eating anywhere. We waited almost 45 minutes just to get drinks to our table, then waited more than an hour for food. THE MAN SEATED NEXT TO US JUST GOT UP AND LEFT HE WAS WAITING LONGER THAN US FOR SERVICE. The lady behind the bar was completely rude and had an attitude. Mario our server was sitting down when we had to get up and pay because he did not return to our table. Worse experience will never go back. Did not even get a discount for waiting so long and having to get up twice because no one would check on our table.
