Ordered the mushroom burger to go from here after window shopping at the galleria mall. I took the black bean patty option instead of meat. Along with fries. The wait time was a bit long but the burger was awesome so I'll say it was worth it. I liked the French fries that came along with it. First time at chili's - will definitely go again.
I went there with my family and bought different things off of the menu and the only thing bothered me was that we had a long wait for our food and it wasn't hot at all behind the money we spent!! They need to either reimburse me or send me a complimentary meals of the exact same things I ordered!! That's the least they can do because I'm not from Texas!!
Our server Daboaren was very attentive, despite being new, has great customer service skills! The food came out quickly, was hot, and tasted delicious! If we're ever in the area again (we're from San Antonio), we would definitely come back!
