I was in this Chili's with my family yesterday on Friday the food was acceptable but the service was outstanding the wait staff and servers but there was one servers that had this infectious big SMILE i asked him his name Modou i hope im spelling correctly (no name tag)he was very cheerful, kind,and attentive to my entire family! Me and my family will definitely return.

We can all agree chillis has the best salsa ever. This was the second chillis we tried in the same day. First chillis we went to couldnt seat anyone with over half the restaurant empty. This chillis sat us at least but took 30 minutes to get us drinks. The mugs were dirty. We just left after getting a soda. Houston deserves one good chillis. Such a shame.

I am not happy with the quality of my food today and this will be the last time I order from this location. Me and my coworkers order here all the time for lunch but today we did a door dash order. My burger bread was hard. Meat was still pink even though I asked for it to be well done. My salad had old dirty pieces of lettuce in it. I called management to make them aware of my experience and I was told to make the complaint through door dash due to our 3rd party delivery. Management was not empathetic and show a lack of consideration during our phone call. I am highly displeased with the service and to top it all off, after making the complaint through door dash, we get a message saying that poor quality does not result in a credit via door dash. This was my first meal of the day and I couldn’t be more upset since I had my mind set on this meal from Chilis. One time I picked up an order and was told by the cashier that my coworker should tip on her order. Poor service and poor quality does not mean anyone is obligated to tip. I am sick of the entitlement with low class service that we are subjected to. After giving this location our money and time, I am officially done with this. Thanks, but no thanks. I’ll eat my lunch somewhere else where the service and quality matches.

I am not a person to bash businesses, and am not intentionally trying to bash this business either, however, my friend and I had a bad experience at this location the other day. We came to eat dinner, and instead we lost our appetite as an unhinged woman decided to come into the restaurant and start assaulting one of the staff members by punching and throwing her to the ground… I know the manager was limited on what he could do in the moment, and our waitress was a young, sweet girl who apologized. I assured her it wasn’t her fault but we asked for our check and left. Unfortunately, we will not be going back to this location due to the environment and lack of safety.

Would not recommend. Sassy TOGO lightskin black boy was very rude. I asked for a manager pertaining to my order and he would not go get one, he also kept rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing. If you don't like your job get another one, very unprofessional .

I didn't care for this location too much. Our waiter was ok but didn't know they offered happy hour all night. Another waiter told me information she knew nothing about and when ordering my drink at the bar, it took over 30 minutes because they couldn't find the happy hour menu.. the company is great, just not this location
