Ordered an Old Timer and I guess now Chilis has joined the other eating places of buying cheaper crappy meat to save a dollar. Literally one of the worst burgers I have eaten and it use to be one of my favorites. Thinner patty, dried out meat, no taste.You just lost a long time customer Chilis.

I’ve visited this Chili’s several times because it’s close to my home, and I have to say the service is always outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and they really make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is clean, organized, and the food usually comes out quickly, even during busy hours.
The menu has a great variety of options — from burgers and fajitas to pastas and desserts — and the portions are generous. Everything looks fresh and nicely presented. However, the only consistent issue I’ve noticed is that most of the dishes taste very salty. I understand it’s part of Chili’s flavor style, but sometimes it’s just a bit too much, especially in the grilled items and sauces.
It would be great if the kitchen could go a little lighter on the salt or offer the option to season to taste. Aside from that, I truly enjoy the atmosphere and how well the team treats their customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back, but I’ll be asking for “less salt” next time!
