I ordered Door Dash from this location 12/9/25 and they were sadly closed when I got here at 10:30pm. Even though online it says they are open until 11pm. I like ordering from Chili’s but this was very disappointing.

So hi 👋🏽 u guys.. UMM , I ordered the shrimp and chicken pasta from chilies. This specific location and my shrimps was raw like literally when I tried it when I ate when I took a first bite. It was literally grainy like it wasn’t even meaty. I literally recorded a video and I asked where is my grilled chicken because most locations like split it up I guess as they cook it on the grill when I literally took it out to warm it up when I made it home. Finally, Took a bite and it was not good It was very unpleasant like this was the worst experience I ever had with pasta from Chili’s like this one of my favorites, besides a honey chipotle tenders with the corn on the cob and lettuce, mashed potatoes. But yeah, I will never order that again like the grainy shrimp just threw my whole taste so I literally grilled them on the stove and it still tasted like like the seafood. The shrimp was like old or The to the taste of it I was unlike it at all so yeah, I would rate this location of 2.5 and I had a great server she had red hair. She was great. She was amazing. Her customer service was a 10 out of 10, but besides that I wouldn’t recommend this location ….. SORRY 🤦🏽‍♀️!

This place is an absolute joke. I went out with my family and the server had the nerve to change our tip amount after we signed the receipt. That is straight-up stealing.
We will never be back, and I hope others check their receipts because clearly this place thinks they can get away with anything.
Completely unprofessional, completely dishonest, and honestly pathetic.

The hostess went out of her way to accommodate our party, and our server, Michael was SUPERB! Food was great! Had a wonderful evening with friends visiting from Opelousas, LA. Thanks for a perfect evening, Chili's staff and our extra special server, Michael!

Warning: the server changed our tip amount after we left!!!!

I went to this Chili’s with my grandmother on this past Sunday, and what happened was absolutely unacceptable. Our server was very eager/excited from the start, but things seemed fine until it was time to pay. My grandmother didn’t want to use the table tablet, so the server VERY enthusiastically offered to take her card and handle the payment for her. We thought that was kind at the time.

My grandmother tipped $26 on a $115 tab. I helped her write it down myself.

The next day, she checked her bank account (as she always does), and the total was nearly $400. Come to find out, the server had added a zero to the tip. A $26 tip magically became $260!!!!!!!!

As someone who has worked as a server, I’m shocked this outrageous increase was even processed without anyone reviewing it. The receipt clearly shows $26—not $260. And the fact that the server took the card “to help” and then altered the tip afterward feels incredibly predatory, especially toward an elderly customer!!!!

We had to call the restaurant to get answers, and the whole situation has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

If you visit this Chili’s, make sure you check your bank account afterwards —apparently servers can change your tip, and management doesn’t bother to question enormous tip increases!

Completely unacceptable and honestly unbelievable behavior. I will never come here again!!!

I ordered at 7:00 on a Saturday evening. Samantha Longoria took my call and had someone ahead of me. She was apologizing for having to finish the other order. She was EXTRA kind and efficient. Never rushed the order even when she was clearly having to work quickly due to so many orders. Customer Service is not as great as it once was, BUT SAM changed my mind about that tonight!

This was our 2nd time ordering from work , lunch and birthday lunch and it’s embarrassing cause I love chilis it was my recommendation, only for the food to not be good . Steak was pink and VERY CHEWY both times when I ordered Med Well ! The shrimp taste fishy like if it’s not good ! The Cajun pasta had no flavor ! I’m done with this location !

This is the second time in a row my wife and I came here sat us down and waited 15 minutes plus and no one came to our table. With that staff was nowhere to be found…so we walked out both times. We are extremely disappointed like what are the odds?! They seriously need to work on their service.

Never got at knowledge. Got sat and no one never came to take our order we end up walking out. The table behind was hollering to get there attention and the three server never came and they just continued there conversation with each other . We were there more than 15 min and no one came to our table server just keep walking by .
