Manager was very rude and when I confronted her about she dismissed me this location has really gone down from what it was.

First time ordering delivery from here. The sirloin steak and some of the other food was salty. The steak was overcooked and dry. Was also missing the steamed broccoli that was supposed to go with one of my side orders.

The first time I visited the place the place was empty and they left me waiting for almost 25 minutes and no one took my order, so I left everyone talking in the kitchen and the service was terrible.

When we first entered we were met with a worker who greeted us and gave us a booth to sit at. As we sat we were given menus like usual after a good 10 minutes we were ready to order but since it was our first time we didn’t know weather to order on the kiosk or if someone was supposed to guide us. After another 10 minutes we weren’t met with an employee to get us started on drinks or anything. I wouldn’t think they were busy since there was only 2 booths occupied but I looked closely and saw that employees were just walking around and not doing anything some were talking with each other and others were simply just sitting so we got fed up and left. Moral of the story is to always be on task even if there isn’t much to do. Do better Chili’s.
Jessica was our waitress and she made our experience so exceptional! She was so informative on our selections and went above and beyond to check on us. It was so refreshing to have such great service. Can’t wait to come back and see Jessica again!
