I recently had a truly outstanding experience at Chili's, and I have to give credit where it's due! Our server, Jude, was an absolute delight. From the moment we sat down, Jude was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. He anticipated our needs, offered great recommendations, and had a wonderful, positive attitude that really enhanced our dining experience.
However, the experience went from amazing to exceptional thanks to the manager, Matthew. I encountered a bit of a snag when trying to redeem my personalized rewards. It was a little complicated, and I wasn't sure how to proceed. Matthew stepped in, listened patiently to the issue, and immediately took ownership of the situation. He was incredibly knowledgeable, resolved the problem quickly and efficiently, and ensured that I was able to take full advantage of my rewards. What could have been a frustrating experience was turned into a moment of truly exceptional customer service.
It's rare to encounter such a combination of excellent service from both a server and a manager. Jude's attentiveness and Matthew's problem-solving skills and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made this Chili's visit a memorable one. Of course, the food was delicious as always, but the service is what will bring me back. This Chili's has clearly prioritized creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and it shows. Five stars all the way!

Highly recommend this restaurant for a casual dining or a quick to-go order. I have had an amazing experience with both. I highly recommend asking for Alejandra if you plan on ordering to-go, one of my favorite people to order from as she always throughly explains the menu and how long the wait time will be; if any.
Went yesterday evening and had a great experience.. my first time there at this location.. having recently moved to the area . .. and im sure I'll be back. My waitresses name was Sonya. She attended to us very promptly.. and in no time our food was brought out . Sonya was very attentive, she was always in the area doung attending to customers or clearing a table . She brought us to go cups with a full refill upon our leaving.. Hopefully when i return ..ahe will be my waitress . Thank you Chilis..and Thank you so much Sonya..you made us feel welcomed
