A totally bad experience. So we went to Chilis#13 in Houston, TX. From the moment I stepped in at the carryout entrance, the guy there just stood there holding his lips and gave no greeting at all. A completely bad vibe. I waited for my wife to get in, my wife asked him where to sit, and he pointed to go around to get to the dining area. Then the hostess took some menus and she greeted us and took us to our table. The waitress asked what to drink and said her name. When there was time to order, I asked for the Nacho combo and she said she had to ask someone else and came back and said that they now have the Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos instead. So, I said no bacon but add the beef fajita. She tried in her tablet, but she couldn’t so she ended up suggesting other options. Since they couldn’t, I asked for the bill and left. This has to be the worst store in Texas. No communication between staff Never seen anything like it before. They know 2 ways of cooking burnt or half raw be safe eating here food safety is not a hign priority here good luck

He handled the situation before I even thought about saying anything. All the employees were very respectful. Food was good and fresh

I had an amazing service today. Sonia (I believe I’m spelling it correctly) was my server and she is one of the best servers I met. Her professionalism and niceness, even on a human level, is superb. The food was super good and she made the whole experience better. She deserves so much recognition and makes your experience amazing. You know she’s good when a customer goes out of their way to speak this highly of her. Food very flavorful and drinks delicious. Sonia single handedly make me want to come to chili’s again.
