It’s wild to me that this Chili’s for some reason only has 2 stars on Apple Maps?! My boyfriend and I went today for a late lunch, and our waiter Chris & the rest of the staff were extremely nice & attentive. Our food was great quality and very fresh, and our table had visibly just been thoroughly cleaned before we got seated. My boyfriend usually doesn’t like Chili’s (he had a bad experience a few years ago at a different location) but this one changed his mind! Yay for me because I love Chili’s lol. We’ll be back! :)

So the service and ambience really suck here. Our server was back there looking at the game on the tv in the back. Once your food comes out they are done with you. We ordered an additional drink and more salsa for the chips. Susanne never returned. We were watching her the whole entire time. The food was lack luster and just doesn’t taste good. Maybe it’s us.. but the food sucks! I really remember going there for the kids. She never came to check on our food or ask for refills or check on her customers. Never really eating much but the wings.. I wasn’t satisfied with the food nor the service. 0/10… never ever going back here!

Great staff, Ms. Tiffany took great care of me. Service was fast and the food was hot and ready to eat, slightly toasted on the edges on my quesadilla but otherwise still great. Great atmosphere, everyone here is watching the Rockets playoffs game. Great vibe. Great atmosphere.

I usually love visiting Chili’s, especially for the baby back ribs. They’re normally delicious, juicy, and tender. Today, I ordered a full rack to-go instead of dining in like I usually do, and I was very disappointed. The ribs were extremely dry, lacked the usual amount of barbecue sauce, and the corn on the cob was also dry. It didn’t match the quality I’ve always experienced before. I want to mention that the service was excellent — the bartender (I believe his name was Chris or Christopher) who handled my order was very pleasant and professional. I have no complaints about the service at all — just the food quality this time. If I lived closer, I would have brought the order back. It was very disappointing compared to my usual experiences.
