This place is staffed by absolute clowns No one has any idea what they are doing. Constant wrong orders to wrong tables, super long drink times despite it being empty. Service is basicly none existant. Avoid this place, what whataburger next doo has better service

I went there with a group of friends and the waiter was super friendly! We were seated quickly and he also made sure our waters were full! The food was great and the customer service was greater, I'll definitely be coming back again!

Few customers that day, prompt and attentive service, the burger with guacamole was good.
I don't typically like chillis but the triple dipper was a GAME changer. Definitely needed this experience and the molten lava cake was immaculate. The lemonade was so scrumptios I went through 4 of those bad boys. Will be trying the chipotle chicken next time and I will let you know my thoughts 😉. Don't worry guys the server was as awkward as me but we love him for that definetly needs a raise. I can't review the bathroom environment but I will be on my next visit so be sure to tune in.

The wait time is normal nothing too bad. Unfortunately the server I got was so rude and could care less about her job. I have never received someone like this. She ruined the whole vibe and was not attentive. Instead someone else would notice me and right away with such great attitude help me. She really gave me the cold shoulder and never noticed my table. How unfortunate because this was my favorite spot.

I recently visited Chili’s Grill & Bar and had a mixed experience.
The food was okay – not bad, but nothing that stood out. It could definitely be improved in terms of flavor and presentation.
The service was decent. The staff was friendly, but it felt a bit slow and unorganized at times.
The atmosphere was just average. It wasn’t very lively or welcoming, and the place could use a little refresh to make it feel more comfortable.
Overall, I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars. There’s potential, but I’d like to see some improvements before coming back.
