I have never been to a Chili's restaurant before and TikTok convinced me I needed to try their sample platter (triple dipper), absolutely delicious. The restaurant was understaffed, it was an odd day. Long wait to be seated, long wait to be served and me and my husband were the only ones there. Our waiter was lovely and I believed her manager, a great guy, explained to us why it was taking so long and that was not normal. We had our meal and TikTok was right, it was delicious...

Second time here this month for a Togo order. The first time customer service was good, had free chips and salsa, my kid had chicken tenders, but the bowl of chili was very salty. I liked the location so brushed it aside. So I returned aweek later and got the southwestern eggrolls it was mep. And the Nashville mozarella, OMG it was salty like something toxic.
