I ordered chicken egg foo young through DoorDash and had a severe allergic reaction that almost sent me to the hospital. I’ve ordered this dish before with no reaction, so it’s clear that this time my food was prepared with cross-contamination and poor food safety practices. This was extremely dangerous and unacceptable. There was clearly not enough care taken in food preparation, and I will never order from here again. Customers should be warned to be cautious.

I went there years ago it was good I always got the chicken wings. Went yesterday on August 14, 2025 and ordered two orange chicken lunch specials. My wife opened and then I opened my plate to what they call orange chicken. It didn't even look like orange chicken it looked like Bbq boneless wings so I called to tell her what was going on and she swear that was orange chicken it was all trash all except the Dr. Pepper they don't have to worry about me no more a waster of $14.

🥡 After living near by for a very long time, I finally tried China Kitchen. It has been here for years and was once told I had eaten here everyday. 🫶🏼 Im starting to regret not ever trying it long ago. This area has turned quite a dreadnaught, but we live here and should give more to our community then we than we probably do. 🌹

There are so many different reasonable options. Combination plate comes with an egg roll or soda. Love the Curry Chicken it comes with lots of vegetables. The fried rice was really good had vegetables in it. The Large house rice had a good helping of meat. You won't leave hungry. Will recommend.

Been coming to this location for over 10 and used to love it. On Today 07/15/2025 this place lost a long time customer. Over $70 down the drain for this horrible slop.

Cheese Wonton was pastie and gooey on the inside, House Special fried rice was flavorless, Mongolian Beef tasted burnt, Orange chicken had no citrus flavor at all and was very dark, the Spring Rolls were mushy on the inside, and the Lo Mein was overcooked and soggy.

I really wish the previous staff was still in charge and preparing the food. This place has gone down in food quality and customer service. This is the second time in 10 years I have ever had a problem. The first time was rectified apologetically and pleasantly without resistance from the former lady who use to work here for years. Not so much today. This time the much older female was very argumentative over the phone and aggressive in person. Even though she misunderstood what I ordered, she persistently tried to tell me I said differently when I’ve been ordering the same order for 10+ years. This is my first time having this type of experience here, and having such horrendous tasting food, but this is definitely my last time giving them my money.

Some of the best Chinese food you can get on this side of Houston. Get it to go and pick it up and save some money by avoiding door dash or other delivery services.

I called for pick up last night and ordered chicken wings and pork fried rice. The rice was so terrible no one ate it. We asked over the phone how much does a large order of rice feed and she said 2 people so we ordered a medium fried rice as well. She lied. The large order was enough to feed 4 or more so we got extra rice for nothing AND it was disgusting! All that rice in the trash. It tasted rotten and hard. No one ate it, it was so bad and we love fried rice. It was so bad I had to spit it out i couldn't even swallow. The chicken wings were actually good but thats all we ate so we were left hungry.

I never received my food! This was my first door was experience and it was a nightmare. I'm out of $50. The dasher left my food outside of a stranger's door.

I literally through my whole dinner away. The low mein was soggy and wet, no onions or other vegetables. The General TSo wings were purely tomato paste with no spice. I felt like they just gave us anything to eat. The fried dumplings were some what ok. This place sucks!!!!!

I been ordering food from China Kitchen for the last 17yrs and I tell you food and service it’s great haven’t changed at all 2 thumbs 👍 up for sure. I ordered Sweet sour chicken combo, Cream puffs, egg’s rolls, steam veggies 🥗, and Lo mein light sauce. I highly recommend China Kitchen.
