Best Chipotle in Houston! Fresh/healthy food, clean tables/chairs and super friendly staff. You get more (and feel satisfied) than Sweetgreen or Salata.During lunch time, if you a see a long line, do not feel intimidated that it is going to take forever; the service is pretty quick, and the line moves quickly as well.

Order a chicken bowl and the young lady who prepared my food was so cheesy with the serving had the nerve to tell me it would be extra. I won't be back. Paid $10 and won't be back been going to Chipotle for years not at this location.

the food is good but the service was terrible this short hispanic lady with glasses rudely asked me what i wanted over and over when i felt like i was replying loud enough but she could've said she didn't hear me and put my burrito together sloppily and aggressively and ended up ripping the tortillas and was just rude it took a bit for them to even come to behind the bar serve us as well and she ignored what i answered with because she thought my boyfriend was paying so they only spoke to him as well
Don’t ever show up at the listed time.It will never be open.Typically 5 min after.And the servings are ridiculous.It feels like they are running low on food and they serve you accordingly.Borderline theft.One of the guys at the pick up window coughed without covering.Got to work and threw my bowl in the trash.

I like going to this chipotle more than twice a week or more, everyone is nice here, except this guy named Luis. He is such an arrogant person, I really don't understand why they put him in customer service. The worst part is that he gets a lot of complaints and he still there!

This was 4 time eating at this Chipotle in downtown. When I go I usually get the nachos because that what I like. I am well aware that each extra item I get on my nachos is extra cost. The server "Debbie" look and me and took a deep breath saying ( with and attitude) Everything is gonna cost you extra " as if I couldn't afford what I was getting on my nachos.Just because of her rudeness i will not be returning to this Chipotle!

I used uber eats and literally waited over an hour before I was contacted by the Chipotle restaurant to tell me they ran out of cheese, what kind of bullshit is that, it's one of their main ingredients, HUGE FAILURE ON CHIPOTLES PART
