I live 0.2 miles from a Chipotle, 1 minute drive.
But my wife always insists on driving 20-25 minutes to this Chipotle that is on Sage and Richmond.
I must say not all Chipotle’s are the same.
This one is definitely our favorite.
Build it the same way, but this one always tastes better.

I used to love Chipotle for its fair portions and fresh ingredients, but lately, it feels like I’m paying more for less. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk — the scoops of rice, beans, and protein are so small that my burrito bowl is barely half full. I’ve even had times where the worker hesitated before adding more, as if they were rationing ingredients like gold.
What makes it worse is that prices keep going up while the food quantity goes down. A “double chicken” option now just looks like what a regular portion used to be a few years ago. When you’re spending around $12–$15 for a bowl and still feel hungry afterward, it’s frustrating.
The inconsistency is also an issue — one location will give you a normal meal, while another seems to have adopted “micro-scoops” as the new standard. It’s hit or miss depending on who’s behind the counter.
I still appreciate the flavor and the idea of fast-casual Mexican food made fresh, but the value just isn’t there anymore. If Chipotle wants to keep loyal customers, they need to bring back the hearty portions that made them popular in the first place.
My first time eating at chipotle. I went in like around 1:48 10/10/25. Food was good, portions were okay. The place was also super clean. The people that served my food looked like they didn’t want to be there the cashier’s were the only ones that were smiling. Also one of the cashier was super friendly I believe her name was Kimberli she explained to me the portion sizes and the up charge for meats, queso and guacamole.I did offer her a tip but she said she couldn’t take it sadly but I Will definitely go again!

Everytime I come to this location ERNESTO has the funkiest attitude and he always look extremely irritated. I even stopped going for like 3 months and came back and he was STILL irritated. I’ve even spoke with friends that go to this location and it’s always the same “ dude with glasses at the register is rude all the time “. I hope everything is ok with him.

I've been in this area for a decade now and every time I have a hankering for fast food I'd come here why is it that every time I come I leave with a more empty your bowl today even after rice and meat and sauces you could still see the bottom of my bowl portion sizes have gone down more than half it's quite a rip off and might I add that this is the only Chipotle that requires a code to go to the bathroom so you can't even wash your hands if it's busy lunch hour cuz they don't have time to give you the code
