Food was decent but worker at the time did half scoops even though i asked for extra protein and i ate more tortilla than fillings. I get the whole chipotle is downsizing but charging premium prices for half ass portions aint it.

Very rude customer service especially the black cashier that’s always in the register, every time I go to this location is always the same thing with this lady, always having an attitude for no reason, if you give me the same energy best believe I will too!!! I try to ignore her every time I go but I had enough with her, the manager as well does not do nothing about the situation. Like you’re looking how she talks to the customers and does nothing about it! She better change her attitude next time I go, I will be coming to this location more frequently!! The food is really good I have no complaints about it, is just the customer service!!!

i've come here several times in the past few months because i have a family in the hospital nearby. i notice that their portions compared to other chipotles I've been too is smaller. less meat less veggies so you have to keep asking for more lettuce or cheese or corn

Manager refused to accommodate vegan request for a large side of brown rice and black beans. Previously visited and tried to charge $9 as a vegan bowl for the same serving of rice and beans requested. Not very vegan friendly nor Daniel Fast friendly.

I usually come to this Chipotle and I’m always happy with the service staff is friendly and quick. However, they really need to keep up with cleaning. The place can be pretty messy sometimes, which takes away from the experience. Also, the portion sizes have gotten smaller, which is disappointing. Overall, it’s okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I ordered online, delivery time was fine. Paid $16 for the rice to be stale and paid another $15 for a small burrito and another $13 for a bowl but the portion was smaller than how it used to be. Also didn’t let me add my free guac to the bag, so what’s the point of rewards then. I used to love to chipotle but after this experience I think it’s not worth the money anymore.

I ordered online and the barbacoa was cold and hard!!! They put mostly lettuce and no meat! For the price put MEAT!!!!!!! ... No fresh veggies! It was nasty I couldn't finish my bowl had to toss it. And their customer service is terrible RUDE employees. Specially this black cashier lady who is always in a bad mood clearly hates her job. She was complaining about work and wanting to leave in front of customers. Very unprofessional! I will not be returning!!!

If I could give no star I would. I will be honest the store was clean,But the guy was rushing like somebody was holding him hostage. My bowl had more rice and vegetables than meat!! At this point it might as well just take the meat off the menu. I was there with my sister and she asked for an extra scoop of meat. The guy then proceeded to scoop the meat and shake the spoon till it was one singular piece of meat and add it to the bowl with the remaining four pieces. I’m assuming they do this just for fun!!!
