Received the most disgusting service from the young lady preparing our food today. We came in, waited in line, then began placing our to-go order. As we continued with our order the person filling our bowls seemed irritated, but our order wasnt complex and I figured maybe she was tired.She then asked if my brother wanted anything else in his bowl and he said “not from this section,” she asked him again, so my brother said what he wanted from the next section (toppings) and she said “so no veggies?” (referencing the section he already said he wanted nothing else from) and he simply replied with “no, Im good from this section.”We continued with our order and asked for lemon juice, the cashier asked the same person who filled our bowls for it and when she came back she put down the little containers down and said “heres the lemon juice I guess” and then laughed. I was was confused and the cashier looked at me equally confused and I asked her “is she having an okay day?” and the cashier shrugged her shoulders.I then became vocal about the issue and asked why she was being so rude which only further irritated her and became an argument. It was an all around horrible experience and what’s most upsetting is I still have no clue as to why she was so upset because neither of us barked our order at her, became upset when she didnt hear us, spoke about anything but our food, or took long for our order.

If you've ever been to this particular location no explanation is needed but if you haven't here's what to expect: dirty tables, trash cans filled past capacity, complete disorder, inattentive service workers that are probably horribly underpaid and overwhelmed by the sheer volume at this location, lack luster food ( chicken is dry and unseasoned, pork is dry and unseasoned, beef is...well you get the idea! Also portions here seem to be smaller tan at other locations. All in all I'd avoid this location all together and Chipotle in general if you see a Firebirds near go there instead!

We received the wrong order under another persons name , then when we go back to get the correct item they still made the wrong one. How does carnitas sound like fajita ? Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

You shouldn’t be out of food 90 mins before closing. Staff have already cleaned up. Chairs are put away and giving me the option of rice and one protein with not enough sides.

Place was dirty when we walked in at 9:25pm and all of the chairs were put away although they don’t close until 11pm. They said they were out of dressing and chips. One of the ladies fixing the orders had a bad attitude.

This restaurant has changed drastically in the last few months now the portions are very small the employees are angry and mean that every other chipotle is happy to give you extra lettuce and extra white rice if you need some in the bowl this location doesn’t like to do anything
