Absolutely rude and insulting experience. My family and I came to this location in the mall and we asked for extra rice. One chipotle worker said they do not charge for extra rice after we asked and few seconds later the GM of the store comes with apparent attitude and messiness and says actually yes we do I am the GM of this store. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness towards me and all I asked was a simple question for clarification. I am completely disappointed and this has put a bad name for me when it comes to Chipotle.

The scanner for the app hasn’t worked ever since I’ve been ordering from this location for months. I had a free guacamole that I wanted to claim. I was told I could only order from the app to claim the guacamole. They should get the scanner fixed.
Bad service they messed up my order promised to fix my order and give refund. Manager here sucks and service is horrible!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN COMING!!

On their menu they have an organic water with melon lemonade. I ordered one and they gave me lemonade. I told her that I know she had made the wrong order and the lady very repunately answered me that this is what I had ordered and I told her no and she told me He said that we don't sell watermelon lemonade but they have it on their display menu and that's why I ordered it and I suggested that if they don't have it, they remove it. And that they choose the staff that will be working in their restaurants well.

Just had an awful experience while I was just trying to get my food. While ordering I was told that there was not chicken available at the time and that it was a 5 min wait (in which I had no problem) I was just asked to step on the side. After being told to get back in line and order again (after I payed) I just showed them my receipt and the lady serving on the counter gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me? mind you I was trying to be patient since I know they’re busy, but I think it’s their responsibility to be attentive and friendly to their clients. I visited the store on Tuesday July 25th at 3:30 pm, defined my last. The staff is so rude, save your money and definitely don’t visit this location.
