Every single time I come to this location and the older lady helps me. It's a problem. Every single time There are certain things on this menu that they normally do not charge extra for and all of a sudden. She decided today she was gonna charge me extra for cheese. Not giving the right amount of chicken like I'm looking at 2 bowls. And you're giving way less chicken to one bowl than the other, which if I'm dropping the money, I clearly want the full service. The full serving. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house. But this is the worst location in Houston bc of this lady.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I was really disappointed with both the service and the food. The lady who served me was quite rude, and when I asked about adding a little more meat, she could have simply said there would be an extra charge — I would have gladly paid it. Instead, the tacos came with barely a spoonful of meat, which honestly felt like a slap in the face. Overall, it was not a good experience.

This has been the worse experience we have with chipotle To start off SANDRA (manager of some sort) chargers me 12 dollars for 3 small quesadillas (single cheeses small quesadillas )mind you she charge me for 3 kids plates when I asked why was I being charged for 3 plates she said because that’s what I got I asked for a manger (Julio) showed up and was able to refund the money for the extra charger when he was doing it SANDRA kept going back and forth with him. Regarding the over charge because according to her chipotle doesn’t allow that After everything was done my husband realized we didn’t get any sour cream in our bowl so he got up and asked for some and guess what ! SANDRA ALSO WANTED TO CHARGE HIM FOR THAT !!! If you can just AVOID this location she will mess up your appetite!
Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude and dismissive. Ordered a burrito and they ripped the tortilla in half while prepping. Requested a new one and they showed annoyance as if we were at fault. Gave us a hard time throughout even while paying just for speaking up about what we were being served. Even when opened carefully more than half of the burrito went to waste. Waste of money and time.

Worst chipotle in the area. Staff always have an attitude, not friendly. The rice never cooked through. They give way more rice than meat every single time I’ve come to the location. I started driving further out to another location which service is always A1. Last night I didn’t feel like driving so I came back to this location after not visiting for a year and again rice not cooked and way more rice than chicken. I learned my lesson I won’t return to this location terrible service.
