The rice was hard and crunchy. Spent $20 on a bowl just to not be able to eat it. The employees are always really nice at this location, but I’m really upset I wasn’t able to eat lunch today.

Placed a mobile order. arrived AFTER it was suppose to be ready. They still hadn't started it. NOT the first time. Last time they ran out of chicken because they served others before fixing ours. Place is a joke.

I have never eaten chipotle, however today was the day I wanted to try it .I just walked in a few minutes ago stood in line to get to the counter and see a Hispanic lady telling the workers to get it ! The black gentleman about to serve me had a blank stare on his face ….. I look down and here comes another one running past the first on . The Hispanic lady is still waiting on her food and as I see three big not little roaches running for their life over the food . I proceed to walk out . I was too disgusted to even pull my phone out and snap a picture . The worker says I don’t blame you I would leave too . Well needless to say the lady still took her food home with her to feed her children and husband , and the rest of the line followed me out the door .

Racists employees. Barely gave me any food. When I asked for the proper portion she charged me for it and gave me attitude. My friend who was behind me who is a different color she gave her full double spoons without her asking for free. Never been treated this poorly in a chipotle before.

I had a wholesome bowl with carnitas and it was not good. The carnitas were dry and hard and I bit into the core of the lettuce head I don’t think that was supposed to be in the bowl. Very disappointed.

They underserved me by alot on the portion for my meal. Usually I go to the better Chipotle Location 5866 E Sam Houston Pkwy. I decided to head into the 13630 East Freeway location and was disappointed by the workers attitude, quality of food, quantity.
