Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst place ever to eat if you are looking to eat in peace surrounded by a great environment. I have no complaints about the employees but I do complain about their manager Karin or something like that. The few times I have been there I left in disgust because of the lack of education and manners he has with his employees and even with the customers, he is a big arrogant by the way he talks to people. Is not a bad place to eat but at least for me it’s disgusting to see people like that with a manager position.

Since when can we not order a big quesadilla in line ??? We have to order it online on the app. That’s some BS !!!

Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed in this particular establishment.
For it to be lunch hour! I would have expected to have a muncher warmer plate of food, if it’s not to much to ask for a full cup of cheese when paying extra for it, as well for the beans! The meat ok they count the cubes! But the beans and rice! Anyways! I’ll be making a call.

The teenage girls that are employed there are rude,
First off, I simply asked a question about my mobile order “reward” that I had redeemed & it discounted my total. They saw it on there, then was like yeah but it’s on on my screen. Like hello I’m showing you on my phone and my order summery after I paid clearly it says free chips & side I even asked what side can I get but I guess they pick for you. I understand I work next door I work with difficult customers just like you. I was going to go off on yall but Jesus was on my side. Fix y’all attitude cause next time yall will feel my wrath.

I went in today at around 9:20pm and they were already closing up .Tbeu said they didn’t have chips nor could they grill the tortilla because the grill was already off .Mind you they are supposed to close at 11pm not 9pm .Also they were rude not offering any options .

The lady that works there Adriana is lazy and rude. Had everyone in line just standing there while she does nothing and the other worker does everything. She literally watched us stand for 15 minutes. It’s the short girl who works the evening shift tonight

Dear Manager/Lead,

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit. Your employees were friendly and working hard, but it seemed they were hesitant when serving customers due to feeling closely monitored. A supportive environment can make them feel more confident and improve the customer experience.

Additionally, while the food was very good, I noticed my portions were smaller than expected, and some areas—particularly the food serving stations and dining area—would benefit from a deep cleaning.

I came here with my family ,,they were out of a lot of products no chips ,no white rice ,no guacamole I understand if the restaurant is out of an item but many things at the same time?? What the manager roll is for? Also all tables dirty trash cans completely full of trash!!!! Not coming back again

I visited this place a few weeks ago, and I can assure you that the food is delicious. Although I don't like spicy food because I'm not used to it being an ingredient in my food, I loved the flavor. If you're in a hurry and don't want to wait, there's a variety here and the service is fast. It doesn't matter if you don't speak English, they'll help you here.

They under pour on bowls. Then they couldn’t add food to the closed container so they gave me beans in a small cup. I understand why people used to record the staff. $20 for this

Use to be my favorite chipotle, new management has place being ran to the ground. Place seemed dirty. Employees not wearing gloves while cleaning. They refused to make rice 2 hours before closing. Claimed they ran out and couldn’t make more. Asked a simple question to the employee and she laughed in my face. Wouldn’t recommend this location anymore.
