Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was there at 9pm and the place was practically closed, I waited 10 minutes for a pick up order that wasn’t even started before the “promise” time while several employees were “cleaning” while the one person on the food line was making all the food, but couldn’t even wrap the burrito bruh. Never again I’m going to any other location in the future. They need some management of sort, absolutely terrible service from everyone.

This is the third time I pay for extra queso and the little container is only 1/2 way full. This time even the salsa cups were 1/2 way full. Workers were absolutely no help when asked if they could fill the containers up. Maybe they should get smaller containers so ppl don’t feel ripped off

Simply Awful, first I waited over 20 minutes in the pickup area after I placed my online order that had said it was ready, then the employee “read” my ticket that was on a bag to the side with my name on the “name area” and proceeded to say okay and ignore it. After another employee came and asked for my name I got my order, which was already freezing cold at that time with famously small portions of chips and meat. After all this ignorant behavior I got zero apologies. Payed 20 dollars for what!!!

Tables were dirty but I have found that at every Chipotle. Sauces were barren, no Chipotle sauce out.

I got chipotle the other day and got food poisoning and have had a fever and throwing up all day I haven’t been able to eat since then.how do I know it was from here? I only eat once a day it wasn’t till that night I felt very bloated and couldn’t sleep I would avoid this restaurant at all cost from now on. This is coming from someone who loved chipotle since they started poping up I am not afraid to ever go th again more like I’m traumatized

Horrible service!!! Starting from the employee Jess , telling everyone there is no chicken when is right behind her just not wanting to cut the chicken. This is your job ma’am! When is brought up to the manager Alex she wants to defend the attitude her employees is giving your customers along with her self. Never again coming here! 🤮

The food has went down or my taste buds have. It is just so blah now. The place is nice, people are a bit standoffish but not rude. The beans were not cooked all the way, that is probably why it was not so delightful.
