Stood there about 10 minutes. One person was only working the line when there’s six other people just standing around at the cashier. There must not be a manager and no sturdy work system because that is not how you run a business, especially fast food. All the other workers are standing around the cashier looking at each other like they’re just there to collect a check. There is also a funny smell when you walked in like rotten meat in the place look dirty

I was literally standing for five minute and there were six employees are working and nobody asked me. How can I help you? They just standing there and talking to each other. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered a chicken bowl, but they put almost no chicken in it, they basically sold me a salad bowl, im guessing because it was 30mins till close and didn't want to bother making more chicken, so they're trying to stretch what they have left.. if they gave me a late night discount I'd get it but they charged me full price.. the staff was lazy, slow, and swearing while working the line.

Ill never go back to this chipotle.

I don’t ever want to bad mouth a business, and I think this is the first bad review I have ever left… but NEVER AGAIN. I just moved to the area, and I’m actually appalled at how this location is ran. I don’t know if I should feel bad for the workers or not. They aren’t short staffed, but they don’t have a good system in place and aren’t very kind. People keep disappearing to the back and leaving 1-2 people on the line when people were backed up to the door. I’m not being dramatic or kidding, but I just waited in line for 49 minutes while my food sat on the line for 20 minutes. I know it’s cold, but there is nothing I could do. They need help, training, a manager… something. It was dirty and sloppy with GLOBS of sour cream when I simply asked for “light.” I think I just wasted $15, so I will NOT be back at this location.

Our order was canceled the day of our event.
Unfortunately, this is the second time this happened in a row. I would not recommend this place for large orders or catering. We even came to the location the day after we ordered it online to confirm the order.

Very reasonable portions unlike the one in Springwood Village by City Center. The parking can be difficult because of sharing with HEB. The staff are polite and friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and the portion is not anemic like many other locations. Been coming here since there fort open and they are still excellent pre and post Covid.

For starters the girl let my chicken fall on the counter and picked it up and put it back on my burrito that is not sanitary then she lied and said I just cleaned the counter and I could still see residue on the counter that it wasn’t clean then I asked her if she could remake my burrito she said really just because the chicken fell on the counter I said yes my burrito is not sanitary then she started going back and forth with me laughing telling her co workers and other customers about me trying to insult me and make fun of me so I asked if someone else could make my order because I do not want someone with a nasty attitude making my food like your not gonna make fun of me and talk bad about me to all your workers and other customers and think I’m gonna let you make my plate I have never had this type of bad service at any restaurant it’s the black girl that was here tonight and then she kept talking about me even when I was sitting down waiting on them to make more chicken I will not come back to this location again I mean this girl kept talking and going back and forth with me she kept telling all her coworkers and every other customer that would walk in she would keep talking about me how is this acceptable even if you felt like I was requesting to much by asking you to remake my bowl the nerve of you to humiliate me and do all of that in front of everybody thank god I have a lot of patience I am 30 years old and I have never dealt with anyone with such a smart mouth all because I wanted my burrito remade because the food fell on a counter and she picked it up and put it back on my burrito.

Subject: Saturday evening 3/22/25
I came in on Saturday evening and had the most unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. I asked for a rice bowl to go with steak. He filled the bowl with rice and scarcely covered one half the bowl with the steak. I asked if I could get a little more for it was for my husband. He said that would be double meat. I told him if that’s what I would need to order then that’s fine. He then only added enough for a regular order. I asked him since I was paying for double meat if I could get a little more. He laughed and dropped one tiny piece of meat in the bowl. I told the next guy what had just happened and he saw where the guy was still laughing. I’ve been coming there for a while now and have never been so humiliated as I was that night. I left shaking and almost in tears.
