I had a really bad experience at this Chipotle. The lady making our food was extremely rude and did not listen to what we were asking for. She kept putting random ingredients on the bowl even after we clearly told her what we wanted. When we tried to correct her and asked her to please listen, she ignored us and continued doing whatever she wanted.
When we finally said we didn’t want the food anymore because it was made wrong, she got upset and had a major attitude. Things escalated into an argument because of how disrespectful she was being.
Then another employee jumped in and said, “You’re not going to talk to my employee like that,” but it felt very unfair because it was apparently okay for their employee to have bad customer service and speak to us rudely, but we weren’t allowed to defend ourselves or say anything back.
Overall, the customer service was terrible, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. I understand mistakes happen, but the attitudes and lack of respect were completely unnecessary. I won’t be coming back to this location

Do not come to this place if you are in a hurry. They only have one person to go orders and from what I can tell the average wait is about 20 minutes. Definitely not “fast” food. I won’t be back.

What a terrible experience. They were out of white rice so the line took forever. Then they told me they were out of chicken so I had to order a different meat. I asked if I could get the other meat for the price of the chicken since it is not my fault they are out. I was rudely told no. The woman working the to go counter was super rude and said she would remake my food with chicken she had at her station or I could pay full price. What terrible customer service!

The staff here are not polite. The Hispanic lady is rude. I ask for spoons and they yell at me NO SPOONS only forks. Why don’t you have spoons? Most stores have spoons. This is the 5 th time last one month no spoons. Ridiculous

Visited @ 7:30p on a week night. No pinto beans. No Coke products available at fountain. Chips are stale. 2 garbage cans by the door overflowing with trash.
No soap dispenser on the wall in the men's room and no soap accordingly. 2 dead cockroaches on floor in the men's room.
I reported to corporate on website. Got a note of apology and said they would do better.

I ordered a bowl with one scoop of chicken , man when I tell you it felt like it was 80% beans and rice , I’m not kidding .
I paid $15 for beans and rice , and a dose of chicken bits .

I am a former fan of Chipotle, when the servings were larger, perhaps not all know the serving spoons (protein) used to be larger, then about 6 years ago (maybe more) smaller serving utensils were used, and now not even full serving spoons are served, while prices keep going up. This goes for all Chipotle locations I've visited recently. The serving personnel do not fill entirely the protein serving spoons and on top of that the servers hesitate to drop the 3/4 of the spoon full. No more chipotle for me, tired of telling the personnel to fill the servings properly and getting the look as if I am not paying for it. Plus if you order double protein the second portion purposely is about only half of a serving. No more chipotle for me.
Plus for this specific location, the bathrooms are code locked now, and once I was allowed to use the bathroom the bathroom is way nasty/dirty, what is the point of locking it if not maintained clean?

I came to chipotle 10/3 that being my first meal of the day… I was really hungry. The lady that was serving me appeared to be in a good mood but when i got to the register they refused to serve me. My total for the burrito bowl was 19.64 and when i gave the lady my 20$ that i had just got at the bank she held it up in the air in front of all the customers and took it to the back and said it was fake. This is the second time this incident has happened. The first when i talked to corportate i thought this situation was settled which is y i came back and the same group of people refused my service when i got to front of the register and said they would have to dispose the food. The manager even told me that my 20$ was not fake that the machine was not taking it and the other manager said it was fake which was not true and snatched my food out my hand and scratched my hand. I was going to wait for the cops after i called but lucky for them i had to go and couldnt wait any longer.
