I hated Chipotle until today. My wife loves it, so I've been trying to find something I like here. Barbacoa tacos was the answer.These folks working the afternoon of 4/14 are clearly understaffed but making the most of it. Major kudos to them!

Upon arrival the atmosphere didn’t feel friendly at all . While ordering food the workers were bring very skimpy with the amount of food to build burritos and taco like bowls. I had to ask for more twice and they didn’t even want to do it . Chipotle is not a cheap fast food place so I expect the best if I’m spending $13-17 on one item !!!!Parking: Parking lot is too small

First and LAST time at this location. By far the WORST chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 quesadillas, large chips and guac. When I get my food I ask for 2 things of salsa and a thing of lettuce. Maria tells me it’ll be extra cause she already put it in the bag, not possible cause the app didn’t let me order it. Then she tells me it’ll be extra cause I didn’t pick salsa as my side.. SALSA IS A STANDARD MEXICAN CONDIMENT. Lettuce is a standard quesadilla topping. She’s super rude to me, keeps walking away in the middle of our interaction multiple times, the staff seemed to be on edge. They go to check me out cause I wanted the salsa and lettuce.. why does it ring up SIX Dollars?!?!?!??!!!! 30+ for basic food and you want me to pay that much extra for CONDIMENTS.. BFFR I could get if I’d already ordered a lot and I was asking for too much or if it was for extra meat but SALSA. I say forget it and go to leave and realize I never got my drink. I ask for my drink and Maria says it’s in the bag….in the bag where?!?!?!?! She checks the computer and is like it’s a SMALL drink. Idgaf a drink is a drink and it was ordered so give it to me. Maria is the rudest employee I’ve ever met and if she hates her job so much she needs a new one that doesn’t involve customer service. I should’ve read the reviews for this location before I went there, they’re all true and this location is HORRIBLE. 10/10 recommend you to drive to a different location.

I live right around the corner from this Chipotle location. I've given them 3 chances and I get varying degrees of the same scenario - VERY RUDE STAFF. I've had a worker roll his eyes, I've been scoffed at, I was even told "no" and was walked away from mid question about the quesadillas, and to boot I've overheard staff talking poorly about other staff members in front of a line full of customers. Again, all these incidents have happened over the course of 3 separate visits. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this location at all costs. If this isn't bad enough, the last (and final) visit I made to this location involved a gentleman propping his bare, dirty, feet up on a stool while he ate his meal. He even proceeded to WALK AROUND THE CHIPOTLE without shoes, asking for extra sauce. He walked right up to the staff and no one said anything about his lack of shoes. Absolutely disgusting.

Food is standard Chipotle. But the manager, I'm assuming, seems to be a bit of a pill. She was barking at staff from her table while she ate her food. After that, I watched her speed through the tinny parking lot way too fast and almost hit a guy and his kids. She made sure to yell at him while flipping him off. The whole thing was soo silly. She made her own store unsafe and then told a customer F you. With kids......idk says all ypu need to know. She drives a new red jeep by the way. One of those silly ones that's small and box like.

Rude girls working tonight. Won’t be back. Started online orders in my face twice when I was next. A simple “ we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Wouldn’t look at me or greet me at all until it was my turn. Finally I get a “ what can I get you” . She waited to say there are no chips until after I finished ordering my bowl. I asked how long on chips she said “ it’s only 2 of us , there’s a line, so we’re not gonna make them right now”. In the most rude tone she could. That’s not what I asked you, I asked how long on chips. I just left. Bad customer service. Rude, dry attitudes unless they’re talking to each other. Wasted gas driving further to this location because the reviews were better. I have no clue why. Don’t y’all do this every night? Won’t be closed until over an hour from now.
