When I was eating my burrito, my girlfriend had a bowl. The rice was hard and grainy and was not cooked how it was supposed to be.

Just ordered bowl with white rice and the rice is raw, half cooked and crunchy

So overrated, I would not eat food here anymore.
They are so stingy with the servants for the price.I asked for rice twice.They did not put enough in the bowl on the second ask to even cover the bottom of the boat, every little thing they charge for but they gave you a tablespoon of meat.
Then, charge six dollars for extra meat.For another tablespoon, everything they serve you is a tablespoon.Big as the bowl isThey do not even give you enough to fill up the bowl.Do not go here if you want your money's worth.👎

Every time I order on website keep telling me that I miss somethings, I can't even submit order. N

I usually pick up. If I Ubereats for delivery …..the prices go up $3. Why? And no that’s not including the tip and Uber fees. And when I do decide to pay the extra $3 per bowl and have it delivered….the packaging is horrible. Sometimes I won’t even get my order because of the horrible packaging and the ubereats driver had to throw my order away. With this place…..be sure to pickup. Never deliver.

I am a big chipotle fan, but this spot isn’t getting it right. We were charged for a full quesadilla, which wasn’t on the menu. We thought we’d ordered the kids quesadilla because that’s the only option. It ended up being more than a burrito and we weren’t even informed that a different quesadilla was an option. We wanted a children’s one. Really, the staff don’t seem to care. When asked if guac for the quesadilla was extra he just went to put it on. We stopped him and asked again. He said yes. We didn’t want the guac. Look, tell people when they’re paying extra. If it isn’t on the menu, don’t assume it’s what we asked for, and don’t just throw on things that cost extra without warning. And the rice was undercooked. So it was an unpleasant experience.

7/2/25 the people serving are the worse attending and when you speak to them they don’t answer how rude you standing with your family and they decide to do online orders first instead of walk in customer so disappointed of the night women working there you don’t deserve be working on service customer with that attitude!

I stopped by this Chipotle location recently and was pleasantly surprised. What stood out the most was how polite and attentive the staff were. It was mostly young people working there, which honestly made me curious at first—but they really impressed me! They were friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about providing good service.

The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the place was clean and well organized. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
