Chipotle is usually great, but this location really missed the mark. The place was noticeably dirty, the HVAC wasn’t working (it was uncomfortably hot), and the ice machine was out of order.

Chipotle should really pay more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this isn’t up to their usual standard.

I got food poisoning here today. The chicken was not fresh and the sour cream tasted odd. The chicken tacos were a joke, they were the size of a kids meal. Only 4 pieces of cubed chicken. My order of tacos looked as though it had seen better days. Go elsewhere if you want to spend a lot for bird sized food.

Always come here during lunch break , just want to know why is the music volume so high , people just want to enjoy a lunch and perhaps watch videos on the phone or talk , can’t even hear myself

My job orders group lunch for about 4/5 people every day, i recommended we go to Chipotle today but everyone was disappointed not only because the chips were stale almost if they served us the chips from the previous day but because we barely got any meat on our plates, after looking at the past reviews i can see this is not the first or second time this has happened. I understand serving in portions but come on now i ate more rice and beans then i did meat.

I love chipotle but this particular location is so disgusting and the servers are so dirty as well. They move so fast and don’t give the customer the chance to order freely. I hated that all the food was on the floor making the store disgusting. Lastly the lady at the cashier speaks so low and expects you to hear her. I dint enjoy my experience here don’t recommend this location.

place was very dirty, there was food all around the bins. No one has cleaned in a while. they ran out of veggies and lettuce for my veggie bowl. if you are really busy, that means you are making good money. hire more people and restock veggies

smells horrible when u walk in like a plumbing issue or something. a manager or whoever was very adamant on getting the confirmation number after explaining multiple times i don’t have that and nothing is showing up in my junk or regular email. If i show my app that has my name and order and on the bag it has my name and order???? why wouldn’t u just give me what i paid for?? and clearly other ppl have had this issue too. horrible customer service and power trip

I order from this location frequently and was attempting to pick up my mobile order. I gave my name like I usually do and they asked me for a confirmation number. I was not aware of any confirmation number because I always order through the app and just give my name or show them my app to confirm. So I had a really hard time finding this confirmation number and didn’t even know where to look. Finally the person at the front said check my email but it wasn’t showing even in junk. The person who is supposedly the “manager” at this location had a really bad attitude saying “there’s always a confirmation number, it’s always been this way. But if you want to be that person ” This has not always been like this and one of the other employees confirmed it just started asking for it. The manger went as far as lying and said there are no names on the bags so they needed that confirmation code. Long story short, instead of offering me other solutions to get my order. I was met with attitude and the manager was escalating the situations instead of finding another way to confirm the order. I understand protocols etc, but honestly never had trouble at any other chipotle with any of the employees being rude. Will be taking this up with someone higher up.
