I live right by this location and overall everything is from the service and atmosphere is average. My biggest complaint is the service from 9:30-11 if i can’t be provided the same service at 7 pm as 10 pm JUST CLOSE EARLY. Came in at 10 and as usual there is no steak, brisket, vegetables , etc . It’s unfair to those on late shifts etc to have subpar service because the company wants to start closing procedures while the restaurant is still open. No reason food can’t be readily available at all times during hours of operation. just seems like a i could careless attitude. Not directed at the employees but management should aim to do better .

This location needs some serious attention. I ordered my food and noticed how messy the entire counter was and thought maybe it had been a busy day. Then I went to go to get a spoon and the entire area was disgusting. I then searched the area and saw the pile up of trash in the bin. I completely lost my appetite. Cleanliness should never be a concern around food. I returned my food and decided to go elsewhere. $35 spent was not worth it at this location. My rice was also hard on top of it. They did refund me with no hassle which was nice after I expressed my concerns with the environment.

I went in and ordered a chicken burrito. The First Lady on the back end of the line gave me half scoops of rice and beans and then a third scoop of meat. The Second Lady on the front end gave me quarter scoops of pico and corn salsa and when asked for lettuce she legitimately sprinkled THREE shreds of lettuce onto my burrito. I asked for more lettuce and she sprinkled about 6 more shreds. I asked for “a lot of cheese” and had to ask for more cheese 3 times and still didn’t even have half a handful of cheese on my burrito. I then ordered a side of cheese to put on my burrito at home myself and they gave me half a side of cheese. Not even a full side.
For picture context, I cut my burrito in half and took about 3 bites and there was no chicken to be seen. You can also see the lack of lettuce a cheese I had asked for more of. Basically paid $13 for a rice and beans burrito.

The portions are so small to the point that the employee bangs the spoon to drop all the guacamole before serving. This is even funny at this point… These managers should be embarrassed to instruct their employees to do these things.

Also the store prioritizes online orders first, if there’s 10 online orders & 10 customers walking in the store, they'll complete 10 online orders before completing 3 orders in person and have people wait all the way to the entrance

THIS LOCATION SCAMS YOU ON THE PROTEIN : Confirm that they give you the proper portion of protein every single time I come here they give me about 1/3 of the protein that they’re supposed to and they get my order wrong. Probably my fault for still coming here which I won’t anymore make sure you place a complaint so that you can get your Order reimburse in the case that they mess up.

Placed an order thru the website to be delivered on my lunch break. My order was incorrect…they added salsa/tomatoes which I do not eat. They only have a chat option and when I spoke to a “live agent” I was offered a free drink. How will a free drink compensate for food that I cannot eat? Spent my entire lunch break trying to resolve and I still didnt get it resolved. Now, I will have to stop by the restaurant when I get off work so that I can rightfully get my money back. Waste of my time.

On 11/18 at 11:30 am i went to chipotle with my boyfriend. there was a homeless man outside asking for food so we wanted to get him some food. we ordered the kids quesadilla and (im assuming) the new employee accidentally made us a regular quesadilla instead of a kids. the lady manager / supervisor came over and threw the food away and made the correct kids portion size. The blatant display of food waste was disgusting especially when there’s someone outside who’s starving asking for food. I would have paid extra for size he made. and she was rude to her staff. also i paid for a drink because i wanted diet coke, and the machine was out. when i went back to the cashier and asked if they could get me a soda from the back because the machine was out she said they didn’t have one and walked away. no refund was offered or apologies given. i ended up giving the homeless guy some water with cup.
