The place is not welcoming the last serving placed maybe 3 teaspoons of rice on the bowls and I bought 3 , 7 pieces of chicken I literally had to remind her that we pay for a scoop of chicken per bowl . She proceeded to huff and went ahead and gave us the portion that’s supposed to go into the bowl I never right a review this time I said no I’m writing because they are horrible at this place the only reason I came here cause my daughter wanted this never will come back will continue to go to cava….

This chipotle is way too much miss than hit. Visited a couple nights ago to take advantage of the large chip and dip promo when buying 3 entrees. Mind you I hardly ever buy 2. Decided to give it a try, get back to the car, chips are missing so I have to go back in and get it. I get home 15 minutes later, the entire queso has spilled because they didn’t close the lid properly. Tried using the chat bot just to get a replacement queso for another time but it’s now utterly useless as well. They always seem to be in pain when they fill up your bowl so i guess that’s why they did mine like this. I always have issues with this location so it’s a wrap for me now
This is the first time to this location, as we live out of town. The server refused to refill the lettuce when I asked for a salad, and referenced the building line (which was maybe 3 groups of ppl that had JUST walked in). It was after 8pm anyway, so not the dinner rush time. If she was planning of giving me the scraps at the bottom of that bowl it would not have been a salad, but a garnish. I seriously can’t believe she told me no… especially since there was another girl available to refill the salad, who was spraying the glass at the ordering counter. Ended up getting tacos instead and they had zero flavor. The sofritas were SO bland, completely opposite of the location in Dallas we usually go to. The restrooms were disgusting, according to my husband. Cannot recommend this location.
