Horrible customer service, Isabella the so called manager was very rude and rolling her eyes when she saw there was a long line. We ordered a quesadilla online and we only wanted chicken and cheese and it came with veggies, there is no option online to remove the veggies, so my 4 year Old grand daughter didn’t get to eat. When I asked her to redo it. She flat out said IM NOT REMAKING IT. I should have ordered it right. She said it very rudely, I just wasted $11.00 and she didn’t get to eat, I am a long time loyal customer, my friends and family always order from her but we will no longer be getting chipotle. She’s very unprofessional.

Nasty don’t go here they have roaches everywhere and in the food that was while I was going to pay no thank you !!!! And they just pushed it away like no problem just extra protein in your meal disgusting
