I’ve never gotten bad chipotle before. This location was my first. Not visiting this place again.

I just don't understand the portion sizes of this restaurant. I was initially okay with the portion sizes being small, so I'd just get extra rice, beans, and fajitas to make up for my empty bowl. However, when I went to the restaurant today, I had the first staff tell me that it would be extra if I got more rice. Like what? Thats actually insane because I could litterally see the bottom of the bowl with the rice in it, there was clearly not enough. Anyways I was alright and moved on with the beans and they have the audacity to give me a sliver of pinto beans and the tiniest scoop of chicken. I was in awe from how much I felt cheated out on. I thought I was the only one feeling this way, but the dude litterally right next to me looked at his bowl and was just as shocked. He got steak and paused for a good second, looked at it, then reluctantly asked for double portions, even though it costed extra. This was THE MOST unsatisfying meal I've ever ate, and will NOT be coming back. Also I don't understand the 32g of protein poster because the dude and I looked at our bowls and thought it was 5g of protein. 1/10 horrible location.

This is to the owner of this location. You need new management in place at this point. I literally never take time to leave a review but my goodness I have never seen such disorganization and unprofessionalism blatantly in my face before. I enjoy chipotle overall but this location has gotten worse and worse. Went in tonight around 530 which anyone knows is prime dinner time hours and stood in line forever simply because only three guys in the entire establishment were working (two guys trying to run a whole counter with a line to the door plus one guy on the grill). This review is not for them the guys working the line were amazing but CLEARLY tired, this is for the two unprofessional ladies and the rest of the team who stood at/around the register the whole time watching them break their backs as they continued to ask them for small items they could’ve packed themselves to push the line, which further slowed the process. Why are 4 hands needed to work a cash register you may ask?! Well because one set of hands kept pulling out their cell phone to scroll or look at things. As a customer when I have to grab my own bag and pack it up because the two ppl running the register are too busy checking phones I begin to question why I’ve come. If the owners cares then pull the cameras from 530-630 pm today and use your own eyes to make a list of the problems. A job is a job have a little decorum I know dang well that employee handbook does not allow all this foolishness. Lastly, both guys were moving back and forth I think one was also running mobile orders so of course it was getting messy and ingredients were running low…perfect time to run interference for them by picking up or organizing maybe even calling for low counts…but they didn’t...they did nothing. Run the tape.

We ordered a Sofritas burrito and Sofritas burrito bowl and both had huge chunks of beef. I understand that cross contamination can happen, but the fact that this location did not even try to use a separate spoon, is so crazy. It looked like they used the same spoon right after using it on the beef.

Enter and eat here at your own risk! The serving line is almost always unsanitary with ingredients spewed up and the down the line. On Saturday, December 20, I asked about the line and was told they did not have time to clean it. I’ve walked out this location on a few occasions, however after this response and a dead pan stare by one of the servers who wrapped my burrito in foil covered in stray ingredients , I don’t think I can ever be hungry enough or crave chipotle more to order from this location.
I stood in line for about 10-15 mins. When I ordered they said they didn’t have chicken so I had to get Barbacoa and pay the up charge. The drink machine should be cleaned as my sprite tasted like toilet water. Wouldn’t come back to this location.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Chipotle for years, but it’s clear things have gone downhill. My recent order of a chicken bowl was extremely disappointing. I received the smallest portion of chicken I’ve ever seen.
I reached out to customer service to address the issue and they completely dismissed me, saying there was nothing they could do. I guess the economy isn’t so good right now, but that’s even worse for customers who still decide to spend money here and then are given toddler-sized portions .
It’s frustrating to see a restaurant I once enjoyed decline in both quality and customer care. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because right now, I can’t recommend this location and I will be replacing Chipotle for Cabo Bob’s.

I usually never leave bad comments, but there was no way to stay quiet. I hope the manager sees this. The lack of cleanliness was unbelievable — the tables, the floors… everything was extremely dirty. There was no worker taking care of the dining area, and customers were cleaning their own tables.
I will never return to this location. If the simple things aren’t being taken care of, I can’t imagine the condition of the kitchen or the juice machines:/

Restaurantji Recommends
Been going here for ages and still enjoy the place. Many folks state some chipotle establishments skimp on the food, but at this location I’ve always been satisfied with the portions. I will say that the staff is always polite. The youngsters are very attentive and friendly and I hope they don’t stress out too much as I’ve seen very busy lines, but the staff manages to keep everyone in high spirits. Big thank you to all you youngsters working at that place, we appreciate you, even an old timer such as myself.
I went with my kids there and very good experience with the food. Staff were nice, cooperative, kind and very friendly. Me and my family are vegetarian and we loved the food here.

There’s a front line girl that has the worst attitude not sure why but everytime i go in to order it’s the same person with the same ugly attitude very disappointing. Everyone else was super nice though

AVOID AT ALL COST!! i will NEVER set foot EVER in this chipotle again. I found BROWN hair in my food as i was eating ain’t no telling what else was in my food MY HAIR IS BLACK! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE U GO HERE. i will be contacting corporate about this issue i am DISGUSTED
