I had ordered a bowl and got home to eat. The sour cream tasted sour like it was SPOILED ? worst part I called and they said just come back buy when I did the next day they took the bowl then gave me the corporate number because the manger on that shift said I should've brought the receipt when it shows on my bank. Terrible location better off driving to another one ?

This had to be the most bizarre Chipotle experience I've ever encountered. First off I ordered chicken al pastor and the girl gave me regular chicken. As she was putting the toppings on it I said no sour cream and she put sour cream on it. Instead of remaking the burrito she gets a scoop and scoops off the sour cream removing about a third of the burrito. To compensate she put additional lettuce and cheese on it. I am actually still in shock that just happened....

Do yourself a favor and go to another location. (The one off Morton ranch is way better). This one runs out of forks constantly, the meat is really fatty / grissel. They just don’t give af at this location.

On my third and final visit to this establishment, I was disappointed by the lack of consistency in the food preparation. Whether it was undercooked, overcooked, excessively salty, or too spicy, the quality varied greatly, especially with the meat, veggies, beans, and rice. Additionally, I had concerns about the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, which further diminished my confidence in the hygiene standards. Furthermore, the staff seemed reluctant to accommodate requests for extra beans or veggies, despite the Chipotle policy allowing for customization within reason. Considering these issues, I cannot recommend this place.

Skimpy on the serving .I had to ask to add more it was such a tiny amount of food she put on mine,others received 2 times the amount.i think they need to be fair with serving everyone the same amount.friendliness is not their forte.no smiles ,no thank you..I feel like for the American standard service , they lack the friendliness.it seemed like we the customers were a nuisance, even though everyone in line was very sweet and kind.i expect more from a place that relies on my orders.
