Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wow. I felt compelled to leave this review. Having not been in chipotle recently, especially a smaller one as this. Wife put to go order in, pickup 740. Walkin at 741pm, assume go to register stand there while checks out person. Proceeds to speak to lady to my right sitting saying be few more minutes, walks wipes side counter. Looks at me, proceeds to take napkins and fill while people in line are served.
I walk around behind lady sitting thinking unofficial line. Next person in the line gets to register checks them out, acting like I'm not 5 door or less staring at her.
Next person in line ready checks them out immediately. Finally when the now only 3 ppl in the make it line, I decide to say HELLO while waving at her. As if I just walked up, yes sir how can I help you? To go order. Oh yes here you go as she hands me the only one of two bags sitting there since I walked in...have a nice day!...WTH. this isn't even a big space....

Service is horrible. I had to ask the server 3 times to please add more meat to both bowls because she barely put any on either one. She then tried charge me for triple meat for each one. I never have this issue at other Chipotle restaurants. This was my second time trying this location. I was hoping for better outcome, then the first time. I was wrong!! It's definitely my last.

and the service was great

Workers are always late preparing pick up orders, always missing items. The customer service is none existent. I always have something missing from my orders. $15 for the wrong order and cold food

If you want yesterday’s food, be sure to stop in this location within the first 1/2 hr of opening. The steak was too tough to eat and the chicken was stringy. Not the best showing. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. We literally tossed our food and chalked the experience up to a $20 donation to Chipotle.

After I finished my class at Lone Star, around close to 11:00 AM, I was hungry and decided to check out the Chipotle close to the area but worried it may not live up to my expectations but…

OMG WAS I SO EXCITED and JOYUS to have received my Sofritas bowl and etc. along with extra rice and side tortilla!🥰🫶🏼

The morning staff were friendly and made me feel safe in my environment to not feel guilty to ask for certain things.
VERY much appreciated the staff and service I have received and hope it lives up to the same standards whenever I go back again.✨😊

Went to this location today evening. Had a horrible experience
I was in line when i saw that the employee spilled some fajita veggies into the meat bucket and then from the meat bucket she transferred it to the original fajita bucket. I am a vegetarian and i asked he if she has another fresh bin of veggies and she rudely replied no. I find it hard to believe that at 6:00pm it was their last bin
The portion sizes were extremely small and the whole staff looked like they didn’t want to be there
