Chipotle Mexican Grill

Older woman shaked the spoon 20 times before adding literally 5 pieces of chicken to my burrito, a spoon of rice and barely anything touch of veggies. Im confused , like does it come out of the employees paycheck ??? This is horrible never coming here again.

On 1/10/26 around 6:30 pm the lady working on mobile orders REFUSED to give me my food that was just sitting UNbagged on the counter, when I asked her if I could get my order, she said NO and continued to make several other orders, and there was no one else waiting for a mobile order . She had about 10 orders in a line behind my order. She was very rude and unprofessional.

Im not sure what the young guy’s name is with the glasses that works evening shift but bro’s service is always amazing/friendly and gives the full portion size. My guy fr!! Best chipotle location

Stopped in for a quick wrap. Seems a little pricey for what it is but it was quick and fresh and I was in a rush so it worked out.

I went in for the bogo deal on 11/26 at 6:26pm. I asked for extra red salsa and corn salsa. I was told by the manager that was on the line they wasn’t doing extra nothing tonight. I asked why she said because they are busy. I asked please show me proof where they said that. She stuttered and said it was in the email. I asked her to print out the email she said no. I called the corporations customer service number and they advised me that was lie. I don’t appreciate the service and lies I received tonight. On top of the meat was undercooked and the rice was sticky like it’s been sitting. They needed to restocked forks and clean up as well.

Went to Chipotle for the pre Thanksgiving bogo deal waited in line 10 minutes. Placed my order but had to wait for chicken. As I'm waiting they announces that the bogo is over! It's 812pm! The ad said until Close! I just walked out.. False advertisement is bad for business.

Food is always great and fresh but was told I couldn’t have any extra cilantro. Seriously how hard is a simple small container of cilantro; was told it’s company policy. If so please advise the other stores to stop being so polite and offering it up when asked..

Really miss the old days for chipotle. Now they’re most focused on giving you as little as possible while continuously raising prices.

I came to this Chipotle and ordered a brown rice bowl. The rice tray was basically empty I could see the bottom and the server wasn’t planning on giving me more until I asked. When I did, she get a scope and spreading it so it could evenly sit on the spoon like it full. A few more scoops of rice isn’t going to bankrupt the place.

The beef? Just a few lonely chunks sitting there, making it look half-eaten already. The lettuce? Literally a pinch, like we’re on rationing mode. And the guac I paid for? Barely enough to tint the bowl green.

I’m not asking for like overflowed the bowl, but for $17.27, at least make it feel like a real meal. I’m paying, not begging. They can’t even close the lid right. Bruh!

I’m disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle on Barker Cypress. I ordered the Kids Carnitas Meal for my daughter, which includes two tacos, two sides, a drink, and chips or fruit. For the sides, she got rice and beans. I simply asked for a little cheese to go on the tacos, nothing extra or outside of what’s listed as part of the meal.

Despite that, I was still charged an additional $1.60 for the cheese even though cheese is listed as one of the standard side options on Chipotle’s website. I didn’t order an extra side, just cheese to go on the tacos, and the staff couldn’t explain why it was charged separately.

It may seem like a small amount but it’s frustrating to be overcharged for something that should have been included in the kids meal. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t keep happening to other customers.

Worst Chipotle location. I ordered online for pickup. I arrived at 10:45pm and they had already closed. They refused to open the door (even though closing time is 11pm). Not sure what happened to my order but the online dashboard confirmed it is ready for pickup at 10:40pm but the staff was VERY unhelpful.

It was fine it's clean the biggest problem with Chipotle is always going to be what you get for how much you pay but the people and service are generally acceptable

Yea...idk what going on at this location but cold service, cold food don't mix with an empty stomach 😂 I usually don't eat Chipotle but I have to agree with the other bad reviews ...will NOT be back to this location. The kids they have working in there have go to get it together.
