This Chipotle location is a complete disappointment. They barely fill the bowl — you pay full price and get half a spoon of protein and a pile of lettuce pretending to be a meal. It feels like a rip-off, plain and simple. If you're looking for value or a proper meal, do NOT go to this branch. They seriously need to fix their portion control and stop shortchanging customers.

i went in at 10:55 not expecting much because well they close at 11. I seen they didn’t have some of the items I would get so I said thank you and proceeding to leave. they immediately changed my mind by telling me they could get those items. very appreciate for accommodating me so late and with a nice attitude.

me and my bf come here to eat almost every week. the rice is consistently cooked to perfection, the meats are always seasoned well and the portion sizes are always great. i love this chipotle. we tried the westheimer location once (terrible) and that’s what made me write this review. pls always be this good 😭

My baby and I come here every week. He loves their chips and guacamole and I love their steak bowl. The staff is so nice and friendly and always remember us. I appreciate their patience with me trying to order and pay with a squirmy 1 year old. The food is always fast and fresh. I just wish they would always have the carne asada but I know they have no control of that. Thank you chipotle!

I ordered a steak bowl on uber eats and the steak wasn’t even edible it was SO chewy
This location was clean and the girls working were cute but omg the food was so bad. The worst chipotle, I’ve actually ever had and I literally get chipotle all the time from so many different locations. This is by far the worst taste and food quality I’ve had in all of Houston. I had to throw my burrito away and lose out on $11 because it tasted actually so bad but I went to the other chipotle on Eldridge Parkway by target and it was way better food was way. Better service is way better.

This was a door dash order. I didn’t order rice I only wanted beans chicken peppers and Romaine lettuce and there is little to no chicken and probably a scoop of beans.

So does this location close at 10 or 11?? I came at 8:30, they were literally out of everything?? There is no way y’all should be performing closing duties that early. Next time will make the drive to another location. & my steak wasn’t even cooked all the way…

First time visiting this Chipotle for a steak bowl, the server provided only about five pieces of steak. Upon witnessing the serving size, the manager instructed the employee to add more. However, when the manager turned away, the employee added merely one additional piece of steak. Consequently, I declined to purchase the meal and left. Unfortunately, some employees appear to be indifferent to the business's reputation, which can negatively impact its image.

I order on the mobile app and they get my order right like 80% of the time there are sometimes where they mess my order up, the only real issues are the employees they are very socially awkward or something I'm not looking for chit chat but they are very quiet and can barely hear them talk make you not want to deal with them, on e time they forgot my chips and they made me go through loopholes just to get what I paid for otherwise food Is good and they are consistent most of the time.
