This has got to be one of the worst locations ever! They have homeless people lounging around the front door and even inside washing their face with the water that's connected to the soda machine. You can't get in the door without being bombarded with people begging at the front door. The queso cheese is cold and I do mean cold, not even slightly warm. The tortillas are stale, you take the first bite of your burrito and the whole thing falls apart. Just avoid this location at all costs it's very half ass.

I ordered through a delivery service and Chipotle completely missed items I asked for in my burrito. No cheese on either burrito, no sour cream on the other, barely any lettuce, no tomato salsa and then they gave the red tomatillo salsa instead of the green. Completely ridiculous how many items on the burrito were missing.

Chipotle used to be one of my favorite go tos weekly for lunch. This location i frequent as it is close to my house. Sadly it has taken a turn for the worst the past few years. The quality that set it apart from other fast food establishments has completely evaporated. This location in particular has completely bottomed out. The food quality is now mediocre to poor more often then not. Many of the fountain drinks don't work or there is no ice. The tables are not cleaned or wiped regularly even though you have a small army working there. Tells me it is poorly managed and/or rife with employees that just don't care. Most seem to be preoccupied with dealing with the constant barrage of Uber Eats drivers, which I can't completely blame them for. Instead of looking forward to visiting weekly I try to find alternatives for lunch now. Chipotle is now no better then McDonald's or Taco Bell. Sad.

Came in around 8:30-8:40pm (they close at 11pm) on a Thursday night and they said they were out of white rice for the night. They still have over 2 more hours until they close the store. I would understand if it was maybe 30 minutes before closing, but over 2 hours is ridiculous. Need better customer service at this location, lost a sale and I’m sure a few other for the night for this inconvenience.

I come to this Chipotle every single weekday for lunch, and I genuinely look forward to it. The team here is amazing – always so friendly, upbeat, and on top of their game 🙌. They greet me with a smile, remember my usual order (which is impressive!), and make the entire experience feel personal and welcoming 🥰.
The food? Always fresh, fast, and delicious 🌶️🥑🍗. But what really keeps me coming back is the positive energy of the staff. You can tell they care about what they do and take pride in their work 💯. Even during the busy lunch rush, they keep things moving smoothly with great attitudes and teamwork 💪.

They put no effort or care into their food. The burritos are wrapped so loose and look round like balls.
The portion sizes are consistently skimped. They lunch lady plop all the food in as if it’s pig meal.
