Ordered double chicken/steak with cheese, NO rice. I was given a small amount of steak only with a ton of rice. To resolve my issue they told me they would let their employees know they need to be “more mindful and doublecheck the orders for correctness”. Ok but I don’t eat rice so this is going in the trash. We ordered thru Grubhub. Price for crispy taco jumped up from 5 to $12 without a reason. Tip was automatically added at 25%. 25%. High delivery/ service costs crispy tacos were cold and soggy. They fell apart. Burritos were cold and wet. Our worst Mexican meal ever (for $40 no less). I’ll never order from there again.

Ain’t nothing worse than ordering a chicken burrito bowl with white rice and they forget the chicken. I had my super active toddler with me so I wasn’t paying attention to how it got made but damn, I guess folks don’t listen to you either ?

My burrito was very flat , everything g was coming out of it. The pico I asked on the side was all open the bag was super wet. I grabbed the bag and everything just ripped through. What kind of device was that. Not ordering from there again.
The quality of food was terrible here. We ordered online from the app and I had extra veggies ordered in the bowl. Forget about extra, there was no veggies. The rice and chips were not cooked all the way. The quality of Chipotle is starting to deteriorate, this is the 2nd Chipotle we have had issues with. My daughter's order was also cooked wrong.

I am not the hugest Chipotle fan. Everything was fine but wish the hot stuff was hotter and think they should do homemade tortillas. It was ok but I am more the refried beans burrito type than black beans.

They did a good job. The supervisor Itzel did a great job very patient because I went in asking for a chicken bowl that was not with my order when I first picked it up. Then relized I had messed up saying chicken and it was supposed to be steak I even paid for the steak… I must have been thinking about chicken at the moment… idk… not there fault.Entirely my fault. But they were still able to resolve and help me out. Thanks guys yur AWESOME!!!!!
