I work in the nearby area and have been enjoying the food. However, I asked for my usual extra rice and toppings that aren't charged and they barely added anything.
When I asked them to add the usual amount they've done before, they just started at me and shrugged.

Went to Chipotle today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My order was missing the guacamole, which is especially frustrating given the extra charge. On top of that, the cashier was noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which really took away from the experience. Mistakes happen, but customer service makes a big difference. Hoping this location can do better.

Nice location but staff is a bit dimsissive. Clean restrooms. Code 43735. Really strict on their meat portions for a $12 burrito, feels like you're getting $4 of a burrito instead.

This Chipotle Mexican cafe in the Westchase area has become one of my absolute favorite go-to spots every time I’m nearby. The service is consistently fast, and no matter how fully loaded I make my burrito — and trust me, I stuff it to the max — they always manage to wrap it perfectly. The portion easily qualifies as a jumbo order, yet the steak burrito is still only around $11–12, making it one of the best values you can get.
Sometimes I’ll switch to a salad, but most of the time I get the regular rice bowl or burrito, and it never disappoints. The beans always taste fresh, the textures are on point, and even without adding guacamole, everything is already flavorful. They also offer a wide variety of sodas, which makes pairing your meal more fun.
On normal days, I’m in and out within 10 minutes. The team is attentive, efficient, and keeps the line moving smoothly. One of my friends’ trainers even recommends Chipotle burritos as a healthier option when clients want something outside their strict diet — as long as you don’t overload the sauces. That says a lot about Chipotle’s ingredients and consistency.
Overall, I love the persistent quality of the food, the speed, and the great service. Highly recommended.

I come here at least once a week and usually order four meals. This last visit was very disappointing. The staff member was spraying cleaning products, and when I asked for my bowls, she didn’t change her gloves. I didn’t want to be rude, but when we sat down to eat, our food tasted and smelled like cleaning chemicals.
This will be our last time eating at Chipotle. This was unacceptable and honestly concerning.

This was the worst service I've ever had with Chipotle. The host/server Tulia was awful, not sure why or where her attitude came from, but it was definitely UP! Tulia was the only host working the line it was two other employees i could see in the back busy all working. This might have been the reason for her bad manners. I asked her what the difference was between the meats. This pissed her completely off she said i dont know what you are asking while rolling her eyes.. I dismissed it thinking ok she is working by herself she's probably stressed. It didn't stop she loaded my burrito with rice and steak, pushed it forward, and took 4 more orders, piling them up until the bar was full, never asking her 2 coworkers for help. Tulia then asked me about toppings. i started with lettuce and ended with sour cream she decided to load my burrito the way she wanted too and this was probably the reason why it was ice cold.. after she completed my burrito, she slid it towards the register and then started on the next 4 customers behind me. This was my breaking point. I told her I could not wait for her to fix everyone's food. Ii was ready to pay and leave, and she said ok, rolling her eyelashes again, then asking the 3rd customer what he wanted I asked for a lead she said she's in the back When i demanded to see her.. Tulia tossed her gloves and cashed out my order. Unprofessional is an understatement. I work with people all day. I could never treat someone like she treated me. Her vibe was as cold as the burrito she prepared. I had been fasting all day. I could not eat the $11.58 burrito wrapped in the spiteful.. negative energy Tulia had prepared. Not ok, Chipotle.. fix it!

The customer service was disappointing. There was no greeting at all—just a blunt “Which one do you want?” A simple “hello” would have been nice. The rice and meat were a bit cold, and even though I told the cashier I only wanted water, he still ordered soda for me which l paid extra. It wasn’t busy when I visited, so I’m guessing the server was either having a bad day or just needs more training.
