I just wanna start this off by saying that I am a big chipotle fan and I eat it very often. This is the worst location I have ever been to out of the 10ish in Houston that I have visited. Every time that I have made an online order it has been wrong, not only do they forget basic items such as beans or rice, they also, in my experience, add random things that were not ordered. They are always out of something, usually it's cheese or rice, and they are always out of at least one meat. They are soooo skimpy with the portions and the food simply tastes bad most of the time. The lettuce is wilted, the meat is inconsistent, etc. I've never been rude to a worker there and I would never say this to any managers face but girllll u need to get it together

Fast service! Parking is limited but the cars come able go pretty quick. It can be challenging to get out of the parking lot too so be patient. This is a busy intersection but totally worth going! Friendly folks and fast service!

Chipotle is the same wherever you go. So for those of you who haven't had it and like Mexican inspired meals then you must try it. For this particular Chipotle I would say it's on the side of more affordable eating places in the area. I like the burrito bowls so that and an order of chips and a drink came to $19.38.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this location today. The young man working the line was extremely stingy with the steak on my $25 double steak bowl. I had no issue paying for the extra scoop, but the portion I received did not reflect the price I was charged. To make matters worse, he piled an excessive amount of green sauce onto my bowl — so much that I had to scoop nearly half of it off as soon as I got back to work. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable, especially at this price point. I will not be returning to this location. Management, please take note and do better.

Almost impossible to find parking unless really late in the evening. Restaurant isn't very clean. Utensils poorly stocked. Order accuracy middling. At least the food is tasty when warm.

This location NEVER opens on time … always late back to work because they open later than 10:45. And they see you standing outside but, no courtesy to at least say, please allow us about 15 more min. Nothing. Horrible !
