There is a super rude Hispanic lady. I spent over $30+ at chipotle and when I opened up all of my bowls there was almost no chicken inside. I went to tell the lady if I could have a little more chicken but she was very rude and said no. She said you saw them out the chicken and if you want more chicken they are going to charge me. She was super rude saying too bad you should’ve told us but they didn’t even give me a chance to ask for more.

Ordered 2 kids meals. One brisket, black beans and white rice, one guacamole, mild tomato salsa and cheese. There was no guacamole when I got home and my kids flipped out… HEB is closer so I purchased guacamole form there instead of driving all the way back. Thanks a lot!

I have to rate Chipotle food scores low because it’s not the employees fault,but I’m paying 14-15 dollars for a bowl and all I’m getting is a scoop now that’s just down right tacky!! The customer service was good but the quality of what customers are paying for this food is ridiculous!!! Chipotle shame on yall!!

I usually come to this location so I can have my bowl fries and steak and guacamole , unfortunately, I would admit that this is is the worst bowl I’ve had eating from Chipotle ever I’m a big fan for for this brand, but I was very disappointed this night.
First, I had to wait for a long line and wait until I I can start order , second the rice wasn’t cooked in a good way while the steak was kind of chewy third Chipotle is very well known with their guacamole and they don’t have any for my order and even when I asked them like is it gonna be available after like one hour? Maybe nobody has an answer for me. Fourth the drinking bar and the cutlery we’re all in a mess and very dirty and even the drinks machine has no ice.

Hope you guys fix what’s going on over here

This particular location is difficult to find and wasn’t suggested by google maps either. But I remember it from when we used to go there. 1. The quesadillas was why I came here. They don’t carry it currently. 2. The burrito was fairly big but quite salty throughout. 3. I wanted a few side tortillas but didn’t know if it would be extra 4. I was rung up for about 12.50 but had to ask… is it 12.50 for a veggie burrito? Oh, no I’m sorry I charged you for the guacamole on the side. She canceled the transaction and started over. Sometimes people forget that veggie burrito comes with free guac. But what’s up with the salt? I can add salt later if I want to.

This location has been really skimping on protein portions. It’s honestly annoying to have to pay for double just to get the single amount. I don’t want to be rude to the employees so I’m using this platform to hopefully give insight to the owner so that better training is in place and fair portions are given. Chipotle has gotten expensive as it is… may as well get what we pay for.
