Went in yesterday 2/13/2024 for a steak bowl,, got home thought I was bout to chow down and to my surprise EVERY piece of steak which wasn’t much was tough, it was not chewable, it was dry and if swallowed will definitely kill you,, who ever the COOK is needs a job replacement or training in that department, will never go back here and it was a waist of my money I give them a 0 out of 10 , the person that made my bowl was so eager to give out dog scraps that even a dog wouldn’t eat,, keep your money and don’t even bother cause you definitely gone be disappointed

There's no parking. If there is a spot you have to pay to park. We weren't familiar with that area. Food and service were good but the parking was ridiculous. We won't go back there again.

Mmm, the food is always amazing here, but it seemed that some of the staff might have been in training and were a bit confusing. I would definitely recommend this location, though.

I like the calm location and the nice customer service! I’m a cheerful person and I didn’t like how gloomy the workers were so I tried my best on making them smile and feel good about working! But the portion sizes here are good! I wanna share how my experience with them today went !so I went in there and ordered a burrito ? and she rolled my baby up real fat but she accidentally put guacamole on my burrito when I didn’t ask her to..but I didn’t wanna ruin her day by complaining so I took it as a opportunity to try new things since I’ve never had guac before and it was okay at first but than it became to much and it started making my stomach turn so I stopped eating my burrito. As soon as I got home not even 30 minutes of eating I had to Take a massive dump! Not only did that burrito tear up my butt hole but it tore my stomach up too I’m in pain as I’m typing this I have to lay on my side when I usually sleep on my stomach but that’s a story for another day. but I found out today I don’t like guacamole and it doesn’t like me back !

Not sure why people keep mentioning having to pay for parking. There is free parking right in front of this Chipotle. It’s even in the pictures. Most recent visit here after a long hiatus was great. Staff was nice and the food was great.

I'm changing my review to HORRIBLE!! Go to freebird instead where they value their customers. The young manager with the blonde hair was completely rude and it's never clean in there. I review many restaurants and can honestly say to AVOID this location. You will no longer get my money nor any of my friends.

shorty that does her make up too orange with the bad blonde dye job is rude. she dismissed me when another employee was trying to help because the line was getting longer & got an attitude when she put the wrong thing in my bowl & i let her know politely. other than that the food was good.

There is no free parking here, so I have to pay street parking. The dining table messed up. The worst thing I feel uncomfortable is, the lady went to check out the customer on the cashier machine with gloves, then came back and tried to take the burrito wrap without changing the glove. I asked her to change gloves. She did but looks unhappy. Honestly, she said nothing, but I can feel something from her attitude and expressions. Uncomfortable experience there.....

DON’T ORDER HERE IF YOURSELF IS INDEED BLACK!! I went in to pick up me and my girlfriend food and I was asked if I had my confirmation number and in my head I was thinking that’s weird I’ve never been asked that at a chipotle so i texted her to send me the number okay so I showed the lady at the front counter(Daniela)and she said did you have somebody come and get it already and I said no my girlfriend ordered it and mind you the pick up time was for 6:20 I was there around 6:30 and she was like she doesn’t remember making it and then she asked the guy at the beginning of the like we made that one remember my point is if you’re checking everybody’s confirmation number wouldn’t this not be the issue also the white lady behind me was handed her food without being asked about a number I didn’t get a hello or a welcome in don’t come here at all!!!!

Management likely won’t see this and if they do, probably won’t care. Please avoid this location at all costs if you value your sanity. I live nearby therefore I have come here often. Mobile orders are routinely 20-30 minutes late and 4 out of 5 times are incorrect. The tables are unkept and the trash is always overflowing. Staff seem overworked or unprepared. Not sure which one. I’m not asking for much. After all, it is Chipotle. All I’m asking for is on-time mobile orders and ensure they are correct. Especially if I leave a generous tip each time.

10/31/20 9:30 pm I got to chipotle 30 minutes before close and I KNOW it's a lot to ask but I just wanted chips and queso. The guy at the counter was rude and told me to order on the app. I get on the app and you could literally hear the sound the pos makes when you cut off orders so I wasn't even able to place. Still 20 minutes til close. Felt crappy. I just wanted chips and queso. Never ordered from this restaurante and probably won't return lmao.

Came here today after taking roughly a five year hiatus from Chipotle. I ordered a large quesadilla with a side of rice and some toppings. The employees were really kind. They even cut my quesadilla into 4 pieces after they said they normally don’t do that (thank you to the girly who did it anyways). When I ate it, the cheese was like plastic, very rubbery and chewy, had the consistency of gum. The tortilla was very, very thin. The chicken was absolutely tasteless, bland to the bone. The corn and cilantro rice was good though along with the habanero salsa. Tbh, I don’t think I would even return to (any) Chipotle again.. ever. Idc of the meals are free. The food is tasteless and very much overhyped. Only gave it 2 stars cuz the employees were nice. But eating the food alone, it’s a 0/5 stars.

chicken was bland, rice was undercooked, guac was fully brown. i thought the food would be fresh because i went right when they opened but shouldve kept my expectations low ig :/
