Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered the new Carne Asada. Didn't look anything like the picture and was very overcooked and tough. The chips in the bag were stale. Also have noticed, the staff rarely smiles at the customers. They do smile and converse with each other. They just keep asking is that all. Rushing us ahead. Not the friendliest group.

Everytime I come up here the service is great! Get my food quickly and it's always hot and fresh. The guy Dalton is always making sure my food comes out perfect and I really appreciate it!

There is a right time and a wrong time to visit. I very much enjoy Chipotle and visit this location at least once a week. I have noticed that during lunch hours and dinner hours the staff is slightly on edge and are just trying to rush you through the line. During non-peak hours however, the staff is friendly with smiles and they take their time with making your food. Would also like to mention that this is the best Chipotle location I've been to. Cheers.

Ungenerous portions

I ordered the chicken bowl with white rice, shredded cheese, black beans and salsa on side, side of guacamole and chips.
The bowl was cold, even the beans and meat. I was charged $5.67 for chips and a very very small guacamole, which is ridiculous! The total meal was $16.18 and no drink. The meal didn't even look appetizing. I ate very little, was disgusted and disappointed. Money not well spent and never, again.

WORSE PLACE FOR ONLINE ORDERS!!! I placed an online order and they sent me to HUMBLE when it was actually that location with my order now I’m short 50 bucks and gas bc they didn’t want to check for my damn order

First off the service here is horrible, not sure if most of the people behind the counter can even speak english. No Joke. The restraunt is unclean. Every counter top and the glass where the food is being served is a mess. I will not return here. Dont waste your money or time. You will be unhappy.

My beloved chipo🙂‍↕️this location never misses with my bowls and the portion sizes. My food is always perfectly seasoned and cooked. It can get pretty busy but I always avoid the wait by ordering pickup through the app!

Only chipotle I know that charges $1 for every cold side with build your own tacos, if they are scamming you too. Like the food comes out of they little paycheck or they paying for the food themselves then simply just go to another location like I did. Build your own should never be more then $6 and I’m calling corporate to report yall.

Ordered a bowl and a cup of ice. There was GLASS in the cup of ice. I almost served this to A CHILD. Went back to store and all the workers did not seem to care at all. They continued to allow customers to get ice from the same machine I got ice from. I would advise severe caution going here as they clearly have no regard for what they are serving their customers.

Unfriendliest staff ever! Bought 2 burritos and one was not even properly wrapped correctly the burrito ended up being all soggy and broken apart when picked up. The worker didn’t even add in steak when I specifically asked for half steak half chicken for both burritos very disappointing result. Keep in mind when ordering from this location.

Can't beat healthy great food...the bowl is delicious!

Never order online with this company, customer care doesn't speak English, you will never get the actual location on the phone line and they will repeat the same information over and over as if they are a.i. This makes chipotle incompetent and each owner not held responsible for online orders. Please just go in to order or don't order at all.
