How do you pull up at 1 pm and you have no meats available? Not to mention the portion sizes here have been lacking over the years. I always go to a different one than this store. And I did since they asked me to wait 15 min for the meats to be cooked
The prices went up considerably!
Booooo. They never have the chopped tomatoes. Maybe next time. Most likely Not. Very Disappointed. 4/27 No Tomatoes.
Second visit ,same as my first, have it another try ,will try once more to zero out my gift card . First of all ,this is entirely new set up for me, don't know the menu, don't know how to order ,associates have no patience ,small portions .I've had better food and service at convenience store taquerias and food trucks . Don't know what all the fuss about Chipolres . I'm going to another location next time. I will once again go when not busy because I know it's different, maybe I'll find out what it's all about ?
Food is pretty good and consistent with the times I’ve visited this location. My only complaint is the customer service is so bad. None of the staff is friendly. They also try to give you the least amount of a portion as possible. They always seem like they’re in such a hurry to make an order even if you’re the only one in line… odd customer service here.
From the previous reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had bad customer service at this location. The customer service was awful - several members of the staff argued with me after serving me portions that didn’t align with what I requested. “Allison” as she told me her name was, even though it says Juana on the receipt, essentially told me she didn’t care when I made a comment about the poor customer service. Avoid this location until chipotle decides to hire competent employees.
Great for being my first time there
I went into this location at 8:30pm and they close at 10. They had already started breaking everything down and were cleaning. The beans and meat were so dry. I mentioned it twice. They didn’t acknowledge or even stir them. I ordered anyway because I was starving only to be highly disappointed. The rice was old and hard. The beans were old, dry and tasted scorched. My meat, rice, beans and queso were just above room temperature. A complete waste of money. The quality and temperature of your food should never be compromised to close on time.
We are very pleased with this restaurant, we love chipotle!
This location is serving a little amount of food. Not worthy the cost for few oz of food

This location doesn't hold back on portion size. The workers are always super respectful.
Make sure to go at 11am or after 12:30 because this location gets BUSY during the week. Parking can be horrible due to its location and all the other businesses around.
I went here today ordered a chicken fajita bowl and the female put some chicken that was laying on the counter top in my bowl which that is cross contamination of food. I told her I didn’t want that, she refused to make me a new one. I will be calling the health department as this is very unsanitary !!!!
Very bad customer service. Always out of ingredients and never give full portions. Something gotta change!!
The people here don't listen even though you tell them you want less or more they just gonna do what they want i had to throw away the tacos they made very terrible
When I arrived, as a old man that drove a long way, I had to use the restroom. Both doors were open and this little girl said I'm cleaning the restroom. It's apparent I'm not a bum. You couldn't let me make it as you see me holding on and you cleaning the women's. Where was courtesy and customers are always right.
