First off the service here is horrible, not sure if most of the people behind the counter can even speak english. No Joke. The restraunt is unclean. Every counter top and the glass where the food is being served is a mess. I will not return here. Dont waste your money or time. You will be unhappy.

My beloved chipo🙂‍↕️this location never misses with my bowls and the portion sizes. My food is always perfectly seasoned and cooked. It can get pretty busy but I always avoid the wait by ordering pickup through the app!

Only chipotle I know that charges $1 for every cold side with build your own tacos, if they are scamming you too. Like the food comes out of they little paycheck or they paying for the food themselves then simply just go to another location like I did. Build your own should never be more then $6 and I’m calling corporate to report yall.

Ordered a bowl and a cup of ice. There was GLASS in the cup of ice. I almost served this to A CHILD. Went back to store and all the workers did not seem to care at all. They continued to allow customers to get ice from the same machine I got ice from. I would advise severe caution going here as they clearly have no regard for what they are serving their customers.

Unfriendliest staff ever! Bought 2 burritos and one was not even properly wrapped correctly the burrito ended up being all soggy and broken apart when picked up. The worker didn’t even add in steak when I specifically asked for half steak half chicken for both burritos very disappointing result. Keep in mind when ordering from this location.

Never order online with this company, customer care doesn't speak English, you will never get the actual location on the phone line and they will repeat the same information over and over as if they are a.i. This makes chipotle incompetent and each owner not held responsible for online orders. Please just go in to order or don't order at all.

If there was 0 I would give them 0 stars as they are about the rudest bunch of females that work there! Even the owner or manager which is a female allows these young ladies to talk to people with an attitude . Don’t question there portions as you get a dirty look from each and everyone of them like they own the dang place ! Don’t worry about calling at this location as they won’t EVER EVER answer the phones if you have a complaint they expect you to drive all the way back to complain and when you get there they have the worst attitude EVER ! If I am paying $20 for my bowl I expect to get the portions I paid for ! Don’t tell me you get 2 scoops of meat but when you want double meat they say oh well we going to charge you $4 dollars for the second scoop…. Like WTH they say 2 scoops but will charge you extra for the second scoop! I have called chipotle on this location and they seem to NOT care! They don’t follow chipotles guidelines and over charge for items that shouldn’t be charged for!

Honestly I don’t typically leave bad reviews but it has been three times I have come to this location and the portion sizes are unbelievably small compared to other locations. Most bowls I get I am unable to finish the whole bowl or I am able to get full from. I think they’re too stingy with their portions. From this location it’s like I’m receiving a snack sized portion. The customer service is also below average. When they accidentally charged me for two steak bowls instead of one steak and one chicken, the person who refunded my order looked at me like I was the one in the wrong and begrudgingly corrected the mistake without an apology or an acknowledgment towards me. Do not recommend.

First, the food was great. The rice was not as hard as at some other Chipotle locations; it was freshly cooked, and I didn’t encounter any issues.

Secondly, the service was okay but could be improved. The staff served us well, but they forgot to provide one cup of water. Additionally, they didn’t clean the tables often enough, leaving behind crumbs and trash, although customers could take the initiative to clean up after themselves.

Lastly, the atmosphere was not the most comfortable. The servers behind the counter often stared out at the customers, which made me feel a bit nervous, as if they were expecting something. The music was playing at a reasonable volume, and the restaurant wasn't too empty or too crowded. I would consider going to Chipotle again, but I might avoid this particular location unless I don’t want to travel further to another one.

How do you pull up at 1 pm and you have no meats available? Not to mention the portion sizes here have been lacking over the years. I always go to a different one than this store. And I did since they asked me to wait 15 min for the meats to be cooked

The prices went up considerably!
